it would help if put your age. but anyways,, you cant make someone like you. you can do your best but there is no guarentee that she will like you. do something sweet for her like "stillstella" said-- compliment her! talk to her online or something, become friends. ask her if she wants to hang out on a weekend or something. tell her that you have feelings for her and see what she has to say about it.

You can't make anyone like you, so I suggest just being friends with her before going into anything too quickly because that might make her uncomfortable (unless she wants to start quickly and you both agree on that). If she's not into you, just follow your heart and do what's best.
