Im starting a diet today. Your traditional no soda, all water, fruits &&veggies kinda thing. Im planning on becoming a vegetarian also..I alrady know the excersizes im gonna do, so dont think that im not stupid enough to juss search this, but what are some good MEALS, like for dinner i could eat? My mom is always making something with MEAT in it. She says shell make me something else if i give her an idea..so any ideas?

me and my friends have this bad habit where we talk bad behind EVERYONES back...i mean EVERYBODY... including ourselves... i hate wen people talk about me when im not around...
idk how to stop me and my friends from doing this

First you and your friends should talk about how its bad and what you think about it, why you think you do it, and how you could stop...just brainstorm. if you already have a solution try it out, but my idea is that you guys should just think about what your gonna say and how you think it'll come out before you say it. that way it will prevent you guys from saying a lot of mean stuff. if you get into it too much and realize youre talking about people, change the subject!

This might sound a little kindergarden, but maybe you like him because you fight and tease and stuff. that usually isnt a way most people shoiw they like eachother but maybe this is how your telling yourself you do. just listen to you heart, because you'll know what it means for you whether you have a crush or that you hate em.

me and my friends are each going to be one color for halloween... i am going to be blue. Does anyone here know where i can get like blue fake nails...blue lipstick... and blue fake eye lashes? does target have it?

Try any halloween store they will have all of that stuff. but if they dont i would try a make-up store or a place like cvs that has make-up and nail stuff and all that jazz. target might too but maybe not all together!

well the signs are different for every guy so i dont know what signs the guy you like will use to let you know, so the best answer is that if you ask and he asnwers you. thats the best way to know the truth rather than gossip or signs or anything like that. so it might seem a little scary but if you really like the guy flat out ask him and he will answer you.

How do you burn calories?

You can burn calories by doing anything, walking, typing, anything. you might not burn a lot from everything but you are still moving and thats how you burn em. if you want to loose a lot try excercising like dancing, biking, hiking, swimming, anything to get your heart pumping!!

well i dont have zits on my face small little bumps are on my face as well as arms. Few are red mainly my skin color but they are noticeable. My face and back of my arms feel rough do you have any help?? please I will give you a 5 thankss

maybe you have eggsema it kinda sounds like it. i'm no doctor, but maybe try getting some treatment for it or even seeing a doctor.. they'd no what it is, if its a big or small problem, and what to do.

nope, theres nothing you can do to make your boobs stop growing, you just have to appreciate your size. just think, some girls would die for that, so just be thankful and appreciative. and for those guys who keep looking, then dont even mind them. the guys that arent looking you in the eye arent even worth it!

i think you should listen to your heart for this one. do you like this guy enough to possibly break up with your boyfriend? etc, etc. if you really like this guy enough then you know what to do, i would def. break up with your bf and go out with the guy you really like because theres no point in staying with someone you dontlike. if you still like your bf enough, i would find out some other if the guy likes you than to go over to the guys house because it would seem like cheating. have some friends find out but keep it on the down-low. basically, all i can say is follow your heart but thats just some advice!

okay well lately ive really had the urge to have a baby. im 16 and ive been watching kids and playing with my niece ( 2 1/2) and it really makes me want to have one. i dont want one for the sex or anything i just want it for the whole thing pregancy, birth baby everything and going around kids makes me want one more and more. what should i do? i dont live it a kind of neighbor hood where that is really acepted and my parents would kill me if i had a child but i want one so bad like you have no idea what do i do? its not like i can even control these urges they are there

I really think you should wait. Having and raising kids is such a big responsibility and your 16 and so your kid so you should enjoy it while its here. you'll have the rest of your life to have kids. its your decision but i would wait until your finacially and physically stable, and all that. if you are then choose what you want but if you decide to wait a little longer, then maybe try becoming a tutor or babysitter, just a job thats around kids. i dont know just before you make a big decision like this, weigh out your options and decide what would be best for you and what you want most.

Yah i would worry about that too but not too much because it shouldnt matter if theyre "losers" or popular or anything you should just focus on making friends before you make the "right" friends. if you want to be kinda shallow like that =) i would just try to observe and see who is "cool" and all that. try to befriend them. besides that, just be nice to everyone because you never know they could be considered cool or not you never know just choose friends by whether or not you like them not on their status.

The family have purchased a blackmoor fish to keep a goldfish company that my youngest son won at a fair last week.
To accommodate them we have also purchased a 15 litre bowl, pump and filter.
Both are feeding well however the small goldfish appears to be chasing the larger blackmoor around and nipping him. The poor blackmoor is having to hide and we've noticed he's started to develop tiny white spots all over him.
I've put him in a smaller bowl away from the goldfish, do you know what the white spots are? How can we help him and will the fish settle down together?

The spots are the spots that the goldfish probably took away from him by nipping. (This kinda happened to me accept the fish wasnt being nipped, he couldnt fit through a little tunnel so he got stuck and lost some of his skin).

I would def. try googling the two fish (i know petsmart gives you info) and seeing whether or not these fish can actually be together. because some fish arent good with other fish types. if it says they can be together i would just put them in the same bowl for awhile and just observering everything. if he is still getting nipped i would seperate the two. if you still want to keep the fish company after all this i would get them another fish that is the same type or a type that is compatible.

Is it normal to want to go out shopping by myself if I'm only 15. I really just want to go out and have a fun time-by myself-at the mall, just shopping and browsing without having to entertain anyone. But I dont know if that would be weird, seeing as the mall has alot of ppl my age in it (and some that know who I am) if they just see me walking by myself, would you think I was a loser with no one to shop with? Because I really just want to go out shopping. I dont want it to sound like a conceited question, but I'm really just wondering!

No not at all. people shop alone all the time as just a time to gather their thoughts or whatever. to me , its not a big deal like if i saw you walking alone i wouldnt care.
