there's a recall so you can take yours back & get a diff type, but i heard that in the next 2 years you won't be able to use the battery, idk why but it's juss rumors going around. some of my friends had them & they aren't working so well. so either get a recall on it, er if you're planning to buy one, don't haha.

Nope. The bad thing is if the songs get deleted from iTunes they get deleted from the ipod.. is something wrong with yours?

i have heard there have been some problems with mini ipods and thats why they made the ipod nano but i dont have one so could be 100% sure
