My thighs are gross. I'm already a cheerleader as it is and we stretch a lot and do regular movement and stretching just my thighs are coming out looking fabulous. I wanna tone them but I don't know what are some good exercises and what not to do it. Please help. :)
All the oils, waxes and massages cannot make stocky legs look slim. You have to exercise. Here are a few simple exercises to improve calves, thighs and leg muscles.
1. To improve calves – stand absolutely straight with your hands on your hips and your legs together. Now keep your spine straight and bend only the knees until you assume a squatting position. Hold it there to the count of four and rise slowly, keeping your spine as straight as possible. Repeat this exercise at least ten times.
2. To slim your thighs – firstly lie flat on the floor and then draw your knees up towards your chest. Now push your legs up in the air and keep them as straight as you can. Slowly start moving your legs as if you are riding a bicycle. Do this about 5-6 times and then repeat the movements at a fast speed for another 5-6 times. Repeat the whole routine 5-6 times, including the slow and fast movements.
3. To improve leg muscles – firstly sit straight in a chair. Your back should be absolutely erect. Keep your feet on the floor and slowly stretch your legs out as far as is possible. The feet and knees should be together. Now raise your legs until your feet are off the floor and your knees are completely straight. Keeping this position, bend the feet towards you, pushing your heels out as far as possible and then point the toes down as much as you can. Do both these movements about six times each. Now relax. For the next step, raise your feet once again, and keeping them together, turn them outwards until the soles support each other. Then turn them inwards until the ankles and big toe joints touch each other. Repeat each of these movements six times and relax.

i have straight eyelashes and i do curl them but they dont come out very nicely. are there any tips on how i can curl them and make them look nice and long and stay curled?
I used to have short straight eyelashes before.I saw in a home remedy book that applying a little Castor oil on the eyelashes at night(keeping it over night),Helps your eyelashes grow naturally long and curly.
It worked for me ;)

Now that it's fall, I am getting like really serious allergies. I use two Rx medicines for it (one for day, another for evening use), but when I get attacks of sneezing in the morning, neither of them work for at least 4 hrs, then they work for another 3 hrs, then stop. I am getting really embarrassed and annoyed that my allergy fits interrupt school, assemblies, hanging out, and even sleeping. I am kept awake by my sneezing for up to 5 hours past the time I go to bed. I get up very early, so this is a big problem. I get up at least 10 times per class at school, which lasts 1 hour a class. Blowing and rubbing my nose makes it red, raw and painful. Any helo please?

Ingredients
1. 1 lb semolina, shifted
2. ½ lb butter
3. 200 g cashew nuts, minced
4. 2 lb soft sugar
5. ½ pumpkin preserve, minced
6. 10 eggs
7. Rind of 3 limes, grated
8. 2 tsp rose essence
9. 2 - 3 tsp almond essence
10. 3 tsp vanilla essence
1. Warm the semolina.
2. Put the semolina into a bowl. While still hot, add the butter and the lime rind. Mix and leave overnight at room temperature.
3. Set the oven at 1600C.
4. Mix the cashews and the pumpkin preserve with the rose essence and leave aside.
5. Beat the egg yolks and the sugar with the essences until creamy and twice in quantity. There should be air bubbles on the surface.
6. Add the semolina into the egg yolk mixture and continue to beat until well mixed.
7. Add the cashew mixture and mix well.
8. Whisk 3 egg whites until very stiff.
9. Fold the whisked egg whites into the mixture with a wooden spoon.
10. Butter a flat baking tray and line with 6 sheets of newspaper and 3 sheets of oil paper.
11. Brush the oil paper with melted margarine.
12. Pour the cake mixture and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 1500c and bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until the top of the cake becomes golden.
13. Cover the top of the cake with foil to prevent it from becoming brown.
14. Remove from oven - the centre should be still moist.
15. Leave in tin to cool, do not turn out the cake.

i`ve been with him for 3 months now and things have been going not so swell lately. 3 months isnt alot but we spent every single day together for two months till he moved, so we are really close.. well WERE really close. im 19 and hes 23, he lives 45 minutes away but we manage to hangout alot. he has been really worried lately that i cheat and he gets mad when i go out because he thinks every guy will want me. which is ridiculous to me.
i really like him, i may actually love him and i want all of this fuss to stop. i care about him so much and everytime i tell him, he like doesnt belive me and it hurts. i have kind of felt like he has been mean to me lately and trying to drive me away so he doesnt have to breakup with me, and let me do it.
we are going to my lakehouse tomorrow for the night and i want to do nice things for him. people have told me to write him a letter or even a poem but i feel like he may think its cheesy/too soon for all of that.
do guys really like that kind of stuff? what could i do for him. minus dinner and stuff

Hey I suggest you try to convince him that you truely like him before dropping him out anyway...it could be just that he must be feeling very insecure becase in his eyes you must be the most attractive women or something like that... its called jelousy in love ;)
I think a poem would be great..I tryed the same (when i had the same prob as you) and i think my bf loved it...and try to get a private time together to talk out how you feel about him not understanding you.Look him in the eyes while you talk...

Thia is how i make apple juice and it comes out delicious
you'll need
apples ( I use green apples usually)
sugar(according to how sweet you want it to be)
a pinch of salt
ice cubes ( to make the drink cold n frothy )
Blend the apples in a blender with sugar(for a start if your using 1 apple use 2 table spoons of sugar) and salt...
after which taste the mixure to see if the amount of sweet is right for your taste. If it isnt add more sugar if its enough then forget about it
and proceed to add the ice cubes
blend again
and
et viola!!!
you've made yourself a delicious healthy homemade apple-shake drink!
If you do not like it thik then strain the juice out using a strainer
and then drink it!!

Why dont you try this
I had the same prob before and this helped me
Try putting on a song of your wish and record over it with your own voice singing.
listen to it afterwards and find out your flaws in singing and practice them over.. record again..
keep doing it till you get the desired tune.
It'll definitely help you tune up and you'll be able to sing independently without the background original singers voice.

well i weigh 140 pouns/13f.
im trying to lose weight this summer, but im going to do volleyball for my school wich starts aug26.
we wear like tight spandex shorts, what can i do to like get rid of the fat onmy legs, like they have muscle, but like fat and its gross so i never wear shorts.

I tryed the tomato remedy and it worked great..I've losed all the weight i wanted.. plus you can eat whatever you want too and still lose weight

Make a mixture of 1/4 teaspoon powdered black pepper, 3 teaspoon lime juice, and 1 teaspoon honey in 1 cup water. Drinking this mixture for 3-4 months may be helpful in weight loss for obese and overweight people.

Every morning drink a glass full of water mixed with lime juice and some honey.
3.
Eating a tomato in the morning before breakfast for 3 to 4 months may be helpful in weight loss for obese and overweight people.
