orphans answered Sunday July 15 2007, 8:33 pm: okay...i'll list suggestions below:
~Try to eat a lesser quality of what you normaly eat
~When you get food cravings...drink water, tea, or coffee, it is like when you drink too much before you eat dinner and you're not that hungry anymore
~Eat healthier!!!!lol...when your mom asks you what you want from the super market, ask her to pick up more fruits and veggies instead of snacks
~Replace ordinary snacks with pretzels, twizzlers, or 100 callorie bars
~Make a smoothie with veggies like brocolie and spinach...then add fruits like rasberries, strawberries, bananas etc...it over takes the taste of the veggies so you dont even taste them!
~do push ups, CRUNCHES, mountain climbers, and if you have weights lift them every morning and night
~Try to wake up earlier and take a short jog around your neighborhood
~Get more active in a day instead of watching tv, playing video games, and being on computer [[unless you are active all day lol]]
Well i hope i helped! GoOd LuCk!!! [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
