ok use this home remedy....get some brown sugar and apply in circular motion to spots. they should fade or go away.the glycolic acid in it has a fading quality used in most over the counter preparations. so save money and try it. also milk has glycolic acid in it . it will save you money plus it doesnt have harmful chemicals that the beauty industry adds to most expensive products claiming to do the same thing. good luck keep me posted

Okay so the past week I started to have to use the bathroom a lot and there was like a burning fealing but then when I would go to the bathroom there wouldn't a lot of pee. So then on tuesday I got a head ace
And a stomac ace my mom said it was a bladder or kiddney infection cause a lot of people in our family have had that so she made me drink a whole gallon of cranberry juice. I was also going through "I'm so fat I have to stop eating" stage. Then on tuesday it was much better but I still had a stomach ace so we went to the docters. She had me you know pee in the little cup. Then she came back and said that it came back fine but she wanted to send it out just to make sure. Okay now I am better now I still get a little dizy when I sitt up but that's all except for an ocasional kiddney pain. Okay now I read on a website the signs of being pregnet befor. But right befor I got sick I had my period . I have only had it for a year but my 2 best friends had theirs at the same time when I didn't. Okay now about a year ago I think. I let my dog lick me down there. Then my brother saw and he said that he had let our dog lick him befor to. This disturbed me but it felt funny when the dog licked me so I let him lick me again then one time I saw the dog licking my brother. Now I know that my brother didn't you know cum in the dogs mouth. I know for a fact he didn't but anyways I let the dog lick me after he had licked my brother. Is there any chance I could be pregnant or is it just a bladder infection like my mom said? Oh and one more thing my mom said it was good to drink a lot of fluids so she had me drinking water and juice a lot. So for the past few days I can't tell if I am bloted or if I am getting fater cause I might be pregnant. But I pushed on my stomach and it went in but I could only hold it in for like 5 seconds then I like farted throught my vagina. Is this a sign of being bloted or pregnant?

In the past couple of years, I had very bad acne! Not one place on my face did I not have a pimple! I started using Proactive and it's amazing how good it clearewd up my face...not one pimple. The only thing is it didn't clear up my black heads, and now that I
m getting older there really starting to look bad and gross! I mostly have them around my nose area and the space between my eye brows. Does anybody know out there if there is a certain face wash I can get that really improvres and helps to get my black heads gone asap? Also, are there any black head strips that really truley work? I tried the strips once and it didn't help at all.not one black head was removed, idk, maybe it was the brand I used. But is there anythign that will help me as fast as possible. yes try using egg whites its a old home remedy grandmas use and it really sucks all the bad stuff out and clears it up just apply to the problem spots and wait till it dries and rinse with warm water and pat dry. also once a week take some brown sugar and gently apply to nose and between eyebrows and use gentle circular motion its all natural and will loosen all blackheads so they can more easily be removed. good luck please let me know if there is an improvement.

I have been given a birth date for my baby of 27 june 2006...Unfortunately I am not sure who the father might be,.....I know I had sex on 30th September 2005 and although we used condoms, on the second occasion it slipped off and remained inside my vagina for a while....my cycle has been about 26 days and I am aged 47...is it at all possible this baby was concieved on the 30 Sept 2005..? a due date is only an estimate because conception can happen during a time frame of 7 days. for instance most women are fertile when ovulation occurs which is normally 14 to 17 days after the first day of thier period. when a man ejaculates in you or if it was a torn condom or anything for that matter, they can thrive and live inside the vagina for 7 to 10 days that is the life span of sperm. so the conception could have been during the 7 to 10 day life span if the condom was left inside of you and during that time you may have ovulated. i hope i shed some light on this

My boyfriend and I have been going out for a year and a month, on Decemeber 15. We are always together, and I think that I love him. well if you are 7 ft tall you arent fat. i dont really know you should state how tall you are. do you feel fat? thats the important part. fat is how you feel . i have been skinny as a rail and still felt fat. so it depends on what feels normal for you.

first you need to realize that your worth to a man isnt in your bra size. at your age it may seem that way but understand there are many men that like flatter women. if you ask a man are you a butt boob or leg man alot say butt some say boobs and some say legs. all men like women are different. some like it all. so your friends may have developed faster than you but just think of it this way they will sag faster then you also. i am sure some girls envy you cause im sure you can wear some of the cuter tanktops without looking all slutty and pooping out. some actresses never had a boob job because like you they are pretty and place more enphasis on thier good qualities take sandra bullock, meg ryan, julia roberts, all are not so well endowed but have been known to be pretty to men.so dont be so hard on yourself . a waterbra is a bra that has water in the cup for a more natural feel then a padding.

well i think it all goes hand in hand ,you seem to have multiple diagnosis. ya see the social phobia plays a key role in the anxiety you feel. are you taking meds? some side effects from meds may worsen the feelings including raising the blood pressure and causing more anxiety. if you are taking meds you should tell your doctor that you are feeling intense anxiety. also the compulsions can add to it. have you tried zoloft?you should be on an antidepressent at least for a trial period. again im not a doctor but i do work with people that have dual diagnosis all day and i study chart and document thier behaviors . also i really think you need cognitive behavior therapy which would relax you in certain social settings. go to at health.com to read more about social phobia. what it is is gradually introducing you to social settings slowly till you feel at ease. baby steps so to speak. also i dont know how you feel about yoga(i dont know if you are male or female lol)but yoga relaxs all of your body or practice breathing techniques. i know that alot of my clients benefit immensely from sensory therapy. you should get massage and it sounds weird but little things send signals to the brain. for instance if you smell certain things it will do certain things to the mood of a person. i feel little home remedies to help your sensory input will help like smelling the shaved rine of an orange. orange has the ability to wake up the brain causing an eurphoric feeling which will not only relax you but make your confidence higher in certain situations. as far as the compulsions i believe in baby steps . omg i could go on and on about compulsions i have a guy in my class that if you move one thing in our classroom he will go wild rearranging furniture to get it back to how we had it before. he took the christmas tree down today because it wasnt familuar. anyways if i didnt hit on any of the questions you have i apologise feel free to write me anytime. also look up developmental disabilities. just type that in your search bar. also look up sensory therapy and cognitive behavior therapy. good luck

My ex and i havent been together now for a year.
Him and his gf of a year have broken up now for the 100th time. This is the longest break tho. He has never told me when theyve broken up in the past, except for this time.
We had been talking to each other way before they broke up this last time.
He said that he was surprised that i havent been into his place of employment yet. He always would come into mine with his gf.(never knew why tho)anyways, i did the next night with my gf.
He was joking around with me and saying to my friend, "hey rachel, call me sometime." Then hed give me this stupid grin.
Well, days went on and 1 night while talking to him online, he wanted to hang out with me, then asked me to call him. I did and we talked for 2 hrs. The next night he called me and told me to come into his work. I did and his other ex came in(cant seem to leave him alone) he got mad at her and they argued in front of me. He told her he was taking her back home(after she walked there). I gave him this look, and left. 1 and a half hrs later he called me up saying he didnt want to be with her. So he picked me up and we went to his house. We talked, wrestled, and i gave him a backrub(like i used to do) We cuddled, and he started making out with me. He asked me if he could put it inside me. I said no, and he asked me like 4 more times after that. I kept saying no. After he told me that he still loves me. 2 of his friends kept calling, and i told him to go out with them. He told 1 that he was just gonna go to bed. I told him to hang out with the other 1 and he said ok.
The next day he called and i took him out for lunch (i owed him as a favor a yr ago)an hr later he took me home.(that was saturday)
Sunday night we talked online, but i didnt bring up anything that happened friday night. We always used to talk about that after.
I knew he had a party to go to on saturday night, and i asked him how that went, and he said it was gay. He told me he left at like midnight and went to his "recent" exs to "talk", and then he fell asleep. He said he couldnt even keep his eyes open anymore. He said he woke up at 3am and then went home. I was really hurt inside, but didnt say anything.
I didnt hear from him for 4 days and thats when i called him to wish him a happy thanksgiving. He was invited over to "her" house. He was there again the next night because it was her bday. I called him the following night, and he called me back later saying that i made him realize how much he loves "her".
What a kick in the pants was that?

hi i am a behavior management specialist and i have 11 clients in my class half of them are autistic. most people with autism have "rituals". like one girl in my class has to sit and flip pages in a book all day and if you take the book from her she will feel upset. she is nonverbal. she also has a headbanging issue. some autistic people like to focus on one thing all day like puzzles. most cant deal with a change in scenery or environment. it is a very broad diagnosis. if you have any questions i can help you with let me know i know alot about mental disorders. obsessive compulsions are alot different and not as severe as autism. many people with obsessive compulsions can deal with society where as a person with autism can sometimes be put in dangerous situations due to thier handicap. example they may have a ritual of picking up papers and if one is in the middle of the freeway they will walk out and get it . that would be more on the autistic level.

Okay I started my period a few months ago and I'm only using pads. I'm SO scared to try to put in a tampon and I don't even know why! I'm afraid I'll do something wrong and hurt myself.
