Hey i have my first interview in the next couple days, and im really nervous. I have no idea what to say or what questions they're going to ask. Since this is my first job do you think that i'll get hired? Because i have little work experience? Any piece of advice would be very helpful!!! thanks
I'm not sure what job position you are applying for [which would have been a little more helpful.] I'd suggest searching the "most common interview questions" on google. Look over them & think about what you would say if they were to ask you that question. Major ones might be: "Why would you be good for this job?" or "Why do you want this job?" At this point, you could explain your experience & desire to do whatever you are applying for. They may ask you for your strongest & weakest qualities. For your strongest, you could probably give qualities that contribute to your job. [Example: Waitressing job. You're good at memorizing, communicating with customers, & working well under stress.] The weakest qualities is always the hardest, but whatever you do, don't say "I'm a perfectionist." Chances are - they've heard it before. Be a little more creative with your answer without hurting yourself too much. If you send me a message in my inbox on what you're applying for, I could probably help you a little more by giving you more specific questions they might ask & what to do/wear to the interview. my boyfriend gets extremely jealous whenever another guy compliments me, such as on myspace picture comments, and he sends them messages saying really mean things! ( i have his myspace password..shh haha) he told my guy friend to go to hell when all my friend said was "hey how are u youre pretty hot now". Is this jealousy a sign of how much he loves me or is he just very insecure? or both?
Well, he does have a right to feel uncomfortable, but I'm just not sure if making threatening messages is really appropriate. I think he cares about you & is just insecure like you said. Try to reassure him that you like him & him only & that he has nothing to worry about. :)
Hey, how often would I have to work out to lose about 10 pounds in a month/month and a half? (If that's possible) I won't be running, just walking. Should I power walk, or just go a normal pace? And for how long & how many days per week? Thank you!
You should probably start out by power walking & just increase your speed more & more each time you go. Evenutally you should start doing a mixture of running & power walking just to get your heart going. I would suggest begin working out about 3 times a week for about 30-45 minutes. & when you're comfortable enough, move it up to 5 days. Don't overdo it, but be consistant & eat healthy, & you should see results soon enough.
Can I ask wht lip gloss you have on in your picture? It's adorable.
Actually I don't wear lipgloss. I usually just wear Mary Kay lip balm which is pretty much colorless. Sometimes I also use a small, small dab of my liquid foundation to lighten my lips up. I know, I'm kinda weird. :)
Ok, i have gone out with this guy I really like several times and everytime i am the one whos always getting hurt. He asked me back out and of course I said yes because I really like him. Everything is going good. But am i just setting myself back up to get hurt by going out with him? and what should i do if he askes me back out, i really like him but should i say yes?
Anytime you have a relationship with someone, your're setting yourself up to get hurt. But that's what it's all about; you have to be take risks. Just don't become too attatched & vulnerable too easily. Take it slow. If you get hurt, then atleast you'll walk out a stronger person & learn from your mistakes. I'd give him one last chance; just don't walk into it caring too much.

Unless you want to get even more hurt in the future, you need to have a relationship before having sex. That's just my opinion. & if you can't talk, I don't think you need to be having sex. I wouldn't say you need to dump him unless he is pressuring you to do things you don't want to or is only around for one thing. But maybe you should get to know eachother more & start talking before you consider such a big step.

Well Karma is basically when you treat others nicely or do something good, you'll be treated the same way back. & if you're ever bad in anyway, it'll get back to you. So by doing any good deeds would be counted as good karma. Examples: community service, helping others in anyway, being nice to others even if they are mean to you, keeping your morals, & not getting into trouble. Basically going out of your way & being a kind person in everyway that you can be.

First you'll need a good moisterizing shampoo & conditioner. Try anything by John Frieda or Bedhead. (Both wonderful products.) Before you blowdry (or let it dry naturally) apply a moisterizing balm by Matrix. This should help get rid of the frizz. After your hair is done drying, drop some S-Factor Dream Drops in her hand(about the size of a nickel) & run it through your hair, especially near the ends. This product will help with the smoothness & any other frizz. (If you straighten or curl your hair, be sure to apply the S-Factor Dream Drops in before.) Hope I helped :)

Distract her with something she likes to do. Put on a movie, cartoons, or play a game with her. Develop a reward system. Tell her everytime she's good, she gets something (lets say a sticker). And everytime she's bad, she loses a sticker. & if she gets a certain amount of stickers by the end of the night, she'll get icecream (or something kind of reward.) Those were just examples/ideas. If she gets out of hand, tell her if she's not good then you'll tell her parents.
so i've been going out w/ this guy for a couple weeks. i love being w/ him.. we always have so much fun. we talk on the phone a lot but it's usually about what we did that day or how much we like each other. i want to get to know him better w/o being like.. "whats your fave. food, etc.". how should i do this? i come from a past relationship where i knew the guy better than anyone so this is whati want.
Sounds great. :) Tell him you want to take him out to a movie or out to a restaurant. Then ask him what place he's interested in eating or what movie he wants to see. Notice his sense of humor, or love for action movies. Notice what he orders & how he treats people around him. Start conversations about what he likes to do & his plans after high school or in the future. I know it sounds corny, but these conversations can be brought up easier than you think. & eventually, you can learn more than about his personality & the type of person he is. And if you really want to know something harder to bring up, just say it. It may be a little random, but it shouldn't be weird to him. Most people like talking about themself. & if he asks, just tell him you're really interested in him & want to get to know him even more. :)
This is going to sound really daft to most people so I apologise but I don't know how to properly apply eyeliner, so I was hoping someone might be good enough as to explain it to me?
I also need to know whether liquid or pencil eyeliner is better and what colours are best for me if I have brown hair and wide brown eyes?

I'd stick with pencil eyeliner. Most liquid eyeliner brands just get everywhere & smudge too much to where you have to redo it all just to fix it. If you want something less dramatic and a little more natural looking than black, go with a gray or brown.
Try to apply the eyeliner as close as to the inside of your eye so it looks more defined & natural. I think it looks good when the line is thicker near the outside of your eye & goes thinner as it goes in (towards your nose). If it's all one thickness, it kinda looks bad. But I guess it depends on how well you do it & the shape of your eyes.
If you want your eyes to look smaller, but more defined, apply a thin line at the top of your eye (close to where your top eye lashes).
Most eyeliners come with some kind of smoother on the other end. That's good for going over your eyeliner & smoothing it.

& yes, I have read that green tea helps boost your metabolism. I've never tried it though.

Well just recently i have become close to this guy, we became best friends infact and i started likin him as more than just a friend. i kept it to myself for ages but then eventually i told him. he said nothing would change between us etc.. and it didnt, i dont think *-). The next week i was talking to him on man and he told me he liked me. i was so excited, and i was thinkin about askin him out. but he had not been online for about 3 days so i didnt get the chance. on a friday night i was at my friend birthday sleepover when he asked my friend out (not a close one thank god) nd of course she said yes because she liked him too. i just dont know what to do because i really like this guy. i didnt even know he liked her. And i am confused as to why he told me he liked me and then got with another girl. please help because i dont know how to handle this. i have been through this just a couple of months ago, when i liked a lad for 2 years and i really dont want to go through it again. by the way i am 14 years old and a girl.
Well, I'm not going to lie. Guys your age (& even my age) are complete idiots. The things they do make absolutely no sense at all. I won't say that he didn't like you. But I will say that he probably didn't like you enough to go out or just didn't want to ruin your relationship. Either way, you have a right to be a little upset & confused that he began to lead you on. I think that by talking to him, you'll get a better answer from him than me.

Alright i got my tongue pierced like 5 or 6 days ago. And today it finally went down like major (the swelling) then out of nowhere the bottom is very very swollen.
Is this normal??

I've had my tongue pierced and I was told swelling & the healing process takes several weeks, even over a month. Luckily for me, the swollen only last a little after a week. So yes, from experience.. it is normal. Give it another week or so & if it hasn't gone down a little bit, then go back to the place you got it done & get an opinion from them just to be on the safe side.
