Hey, how often would I have to work out to lose about 10 pounds in a month/month and a half? (If that's possible) I won't be running, just walking. Should I power walk, or just go a normal pace? And for how long & how many days per week? Thank you!

Evenutally you should start doing a mixture of running & power walking just to get your heart going. I would suggest begin working out about 3 times a week for about 30-45 minutes. & when you're comfortable enough, move it up to 5 days. Don't overdo it, but be consistant & eat healthy, & you should see results soon enough. [ hannahd's advice column | Ask hannahd A Question ]
