pillow squeeze while squating.
what you do is lean up against a wall with a pillow in between your legs, then slowly start sliding down the wall while squeezing the pillow. when you have reached a sitting position (like a squat) hold for 5-10 seconds then go up and repeat for as long as you want.

Ok so Im a 14/f. I've had 2 boyfriends. I didnt do anything with either one except i like cuddled and held hands with one of them. I know its not a big deal, and I feel like im being left out, yet its my fault. My first ex is really into like hooking up and stuff. Even though we're not together, he wants to makeout with me like all the time. I think I still like him, and Im going to be hanging out with him and some other guy friends in a few days. The problem is that im too scared to makeout but at the same time, im not. I want to, im just scared that I wont be good at it. well..usually a kiss ends in making out these days...unfortunantly.
look at him in a seductive way. get him to notice you in ways he wouldn't have otherwise.
as for making out and not being good at it, well the only way to get better is to try it. you don't know if you are bad or not, so maybe this will be the opportunity to find out. usually the look on the guy's face will tell you if you are good or not. its not that bad, trust me.

you can't really tell him that he is overweight without crushing him in some way. just let him be like that. my brother was overweight when he was little and into his early teens, but now he is 18 and looks better than ever. your brother will grow out of it, so don't worry. he's only six!! just let him live.

i had alot of pimples to begin with, and then i used proactiv and they went away. um, well now, i used up almost all the stuff and so i don't use it as often as i use to and i don't use as much.. because the bottle is pretty much empty, so i smack it and get as much as i can every night.. well anyway, it seems that the amount i use isn't enough, because my pimples are coming back. i have alot of them, and they make me look like crap. does anyone having any suggestions for me to get rid of those pimples um.. as soon as possible? because i have to go somewhere and i want to look um... pretty.. hehh.. if you could suggest something that works as good as proactiv but isn't as expensive, that'd be nice too.. thank you very much! Ok. I'm going on vacation to Brazil in less than a week and I'm gonna pierce my belly button there. I heard that salt water is good for the piercing. well, personally i wouldn't get my belly button pierced down there, but i guess that is up to you.
i think that it is ok that you go swimming in the ocean, but always have some kind of "germ killing" substance with you while you are down there, like neosporin. it is always better to be safe than sorry.

I've been best friends with this girl...let's call her Molly... since fifth grade because we go to the same school, we're next-door neighbors, and we're of the same ethnicity. At the end of seventh grade, I moved away, and we hasd been in touch. We wrote at least 2 emails to each other everyday for a year. Now we're about to enter ninth grade and she doesn't write anymore. I wrote to ask her where she had been and why she wasn't answering my emails. A week later, I get a telegram-length response: i'm in (let's say Mexico). And I'm a really touchy person and I was mad that I wrote her all about the camp I attended and I really wanted to know what was going on in Molly's life, but I only get 3 words. So I wrote back: "how long are you going to be in Mexico?" and this time, after 2 weeks, I get the answer: "month". That's it, one word. I was so mad! Even when we were still in the same town, a lot of times Molly would be really cold and dismissive and give me super-short answers and diss everything I suggest we do. I was mad, so I talked to my parents. My dad said I should straightout tell her I'm hurt, and what she's doing is really b****y. My mom said that I should suggest she tell me more about what's going on with her and gently probe her. Then I argued with my parents about it and neither one of them were much help. I was wondering if a stranger could analyze the situation better. (link)

that sounds exactly like what happened to me when i moved away.
i think that you should tell her that she hurt you. i know that is what your parents said, but it helped my relationship with my friend when i told her that.
you could actually write her a letter. i know that is old fashioned but it is more personal and maybe she will get the message better.
and keep in mind that people change. some people hate it, but it is so true. when i moved, it was hard to talk to my best friend because we had changed so much.
she seems like she is changing in a way that she is more bitter or she is angry at something.
keep trying to talk to her and maybe if you see her, tell her in person what she did to you.

well, first of all, has this guy shown any interest in either you or your best friend? if he hasn't, then there is no point for you to like him. if he has, i think that you should talk to your friend, and ask her how much she actually likes this guy.
i liked a guy for a long time, but my friend also liked him. but the thing was is that i didn't like him all that much, but i did. so it could be the same with your friend.
just talk to her, and tell her how you feel. it will make things so much easier between you.

I just turned 14 this past week and I`ve already had sex 20 times.. 16 times with my boyfriend now, and 4 times with my ex. I don`t know why I`m so addicted to sex. But I think that it may be because I was molested from the time I was a todler up until this past summer, at the age of 13. I was molested by my step-fater, and step-brother..
