There is this guy i like in my Social Studies class. Everyone says he is really nice. I would go up and talk to him, but he is alwayse with his guy friends. They kinda intimidate me. So should I ask around about him (see if he is single, or even interested in me) or should i wait to see if he will come up to me?

well well well!! i bet the guy thinks that bout you all the time! he probly wants to come talk to you but yur always with yur girl friends! he is bout as nervous as you are and he will most likely come to you! so u have to get out the and dont be scared by his friends! just ask him if you can talk to him for a few minutes by himself!juss be confident with yurself and dont let his guy friends scare you off cause u could be goin to the movies with your new boyfriend and sum of his friends! goodluck gurl and let me know how it goes!

This question is gonna be long so moderators, please don't delete this question. I need to explain myself a little bit before I can explain my question. I'm a 14 year old girl, I'm 5'6, and I weigh 113 pounds. For all my life, I thought I was ugly or below average looking. I have never had a boyfriend but now I think guys are gonna start liking me and then I might get a boyfriend. Well lately, I've been getting great comments like I'm hot or really pretty. Today, I went to the beach with my mom and my sister because we had "to bond more" lol yeah right. When I was walking to the car to go home, a few African Americans and white guys hit on me lol. They said "Damn girl you're fine and you gots a nice ass and legs". After what happened today, I'm feeling more confident about what I look like. I'm going into the 8th grade soon and I think I might get a few boyfriends during the school year. I am done growing in height wise and I think my beauty phase is coming in lol because now people think I'm hot and stuff. Ok for my question, do you think I might get my first boyfriend this year because of what has and is happening to me? ok gurl! i know wat yur goin threw i used to be really fat and i lost 35 lbs! i have never had a boyfriend and then this summer has been a blast! i have guys hittin on me and everything and u feel like a goddess out there! but if your gettin the guys attention out there at the beach then there is a chance of you gettin a date for the 8th grade dance and maybe a boyfriend! juss keep yur head up high and dont let anyone put u down! its all in yur self confidence not your looks! goosluck gurl and let me know how yur new boyfriends go!
