inner thighs I have this really good workout for my outer thighs and it works great! but this workout doesnt work my inner thighs. does anybody have a good workout for your inner thighs??

pillow squeeze while squating.
what you do is lean up against a wall with a pillow in between your legs, then slowly start sliding down the wall while squeezing the pillow. when you have reached a sitting position (like a squat) hold for 5-10 seconds then go up and repeat for as long as you want.

there are squat jumps.... if you keep your legs farth enough apart then they will work the top or your thigh and the inner thigh. ]
jogging, and swimming ]
Leg extensions, leg curls, squats, side lunges, lying side leg raises, butterflies, walking, cycling, rollerblading, and stair-climbing will all help tone your inner thigh. The wider your legs are, the more your inner thighs work so you'll tone more in this area.
Reducing your calories and exercising more to burn calories will help too. ]
