I have this really good workout for my outer thighs and it works great! but this workout doesnt work my inner thighs. does anybody have a good workout for your inner thighs??

ncblondie answered Wednesday July 20 2005, 9:03 pm: Leg extensions, leg curls, squats, side lunges, lying side leg raises, butterflies, walking, cycling, rollerblading, and stair-climbing will all help tone your inner thigh. The wider your legs are, the more your inner thighs work so you'll tone more in this area.
