Side crunches and twists will help tone the area. Eating a low fat diet and being sure to drink LOTS of water will also help. ]
Ok when some girls go through puberty, their waists widen up a bit. There's not a whole lot you can do about it except get liposuction which is really gross. So just try not to worry too much about it. I know this isn't exactly what you wanted to hear, but I can't lie, can't I? ]

Well some ways to get those hips lookin the way you want is to sit on the ground in a V position. Then you reach as far as you can to one leg towards your toes. Then switch and go to the other leg. Also you can do crunchs. Only take your hands behind ur head and touch one elbow to the opposite knee. TRUST ME..it works..if you need anymore help..just ask

those would be your hips my dear..all girls hips are big..they get big during puberty..they have to get wider because your body needs room to hold babys and what not so thats why they are wide..to get rid of them try doing side crunchs..i dont think they work but they mite work for you! but theres really no other way that ive heard of to get rid of them!

Do "twists", which are side crunches. Just twist to one side as you do a crunch. It's helpful to do 3 sets of 10 on each side. ]
Doing side crunches helps tone the sides of your upper body. ]
