Ok i REALLy need to lose some weight in two weeks well like a less than that but i need to know what is the absolute most weight i can lose withing this time also i need some tipps on stuff ican do everyday to make this happen i have a tredmill at home and a total gym thing so if that helps at all also what are the best meals to eat to lose weight i'm not looking for anyone to judge or say you cant lose that much weight in two weeks or whatever cause i know this
depending on the diet you use - you can loose around 5 to 10lbs.
all you really need to do is eat healthy. around 1400 calroies per day.
work out a half hour every other day. and do situps.
and if it helps, seventeen magazine for december has a great workout routine that will help you get in shape.

ok so I have a nano and it works. the thing is my computer crashed a while ago and I lost ALL my files so now im afraid that if i try to download songs to my ipod Id lose all my songs..Is that possible? would my songs be deleted or not? what should I do?? HELP! plz
when you download your new itunes, plug in your ipod and once the settings comes up, make sure that MANUALLY MANAGE MUSIC is checked.
that way, you can download cds unto your library,then drag and drop your songs unto it.
is there ANY way you can get all the songs on your ipod to your iTunes.
i had to delete everything off of my computer, and ididn't save my music..
and yeah, i have all my songs on my ipod.
so can i get all these on iTunes, or not?

i'm pretty sure you can put your ipod songs unto your library. i know there is a way, because i did it before without thinking. try going to Itunes Help.
in the mean time, try putting your ipod to manually manage music, so your songs wont' get deleted.

im almost 16, (less than a month) and i am 5'5" and weigh 160lbs. i really hate the way i look and i just want to lose a lot of weight. im even considering anorexia. this has been an ongoing problem in my life. i hate being fat. any advice would help.

well, i used to be slightly bigger than you in january. but i went on a new years resolution and started to eat healthy. i lost 20lbs in two and a half months by doing that.
all you really need to do:
- start eating more vegetables
- eat an apple every morning (it helps burn fat)
- drink 8 glasses of water per day
- keep a food diary and write down everything you eat.
- work out at least 3x per week
- get a job or join a club to get you out of the house and not surrounded by food.
- stay away from soda and any other kind of sugary food.
- eat at least 1400 calories per day. any less than that would be considered anorexia and you DO NOT repeat DO NOT want to do that. sure you WILL loose the weight, but you will gain it all back as soon as you start eating again. if you start eating again at all, it could turn into a serious matter and a matter that will have to be treated.

I really want to listen to more Christian music, but most of it sounds the same. I want music that sounds like every other kind of music, but sings about God. I like the song Holy by Nichole Nordeman, and I like the song Never Alone by Barlowgirl, for example. Those songs sound like the type of song you would hear on Kiss FM, and I like that.
Do you know of any other Christian songs/artists like that?

what are some good things and bad things bout get'n a noise ring? and how can i convince my dad to let me get it done?
there's isn't really many pros and cons for getting your nose periced. it really all depends on your age.
if you're 14, and you want it done. then i guess it would be easier to get it instead of waiting until you were 16. why i say that? because when your 16, you're going to want a job, and a lot of places dont' like peircings. so if you had it in for more than a year, it would be easier to take it out for the job.
and uh. yeah thats really all i got.
i'm 15/f, 5'5" and 130-135 pounds. I'm pretty athletic and have plenty of muscle, so i know i'm not fat, but i can't make myself stop over eating! I'll be fine all day and then when i get home i eat way too much for dinner and dessert. I feel sick, but for some reason i have no will power to stop!
please give me tips on how to stop

also, try using smaller plates for dinner.
then before desert, have an apple or something to keep you from over-eating so much.

bottom line - don't loose weight too get guys. loose weight because you actually are overweight.
I am changing my food habits, because I want to start eating more healthily.
For breakfast I usually have muesli(sp?) with fruit and yogurt.
I usually miss out lunch as I have things going on...and in school I eat a sandwich( usually tuna :) )
For dinner, I have salads, soups, meat, fish, vegetables..etc.
Is this a healthy choice or should I change something?
it sounds pretty healthy.
soups have a lot of sodium though. which holds water. just don't eat it everyday and you should be fine.
don't skip lunch. you should really eat something. if you're in that big of a rush, pack some crackers and peanutt butter or something the night before so you can just brign it with you when you go somewhere.
don't forget to excersise 3x per week as well!

i would try using a shaving lotion.
or try using dove deoderant. they ahve types that make your underarms smoother.
at the beggining of june i wieghted 146 and now i weight 124...i have been eating about 1200 calories a day and some days i eat between 1500-2000....i am working out alot...how can i stay at this current weight and possible lose some more...i would in a few months like to be at about 115-120.... i am 5'2 and i think this would be a healthy weight for me!
well, you're deffinitly on the right track!
loosing weight can be hard. but i think you've done a good job.
if you want to loose more weight, either continue what your doing or drop a few calories your consuming. like eat 1200-1500. crunches and situps work too.

about two weeks ago I weighed 134 pounds. I wanted to lose some pounds and get fit so for about a week I ate 1000-1200 calories a day and worked out very heavily. at the end of the week was at 129, and had also lost 1% body fat! I was really excited so I continued doing that. This past week I have been eating about the same. I have also been exercising, except that instead of doing the elyptical machine, I have been running a lot. I've run 6 miles a day three times this past week!
I got on the scale tonight and I was 135 and my body fat had increased.
I was so excited about losing weight last week! what am I doing wrong, this just doesn't make sense! I have been exercising so much this week, biking, running, crunches.
please help, I felt so happy last week and now I feel even worse than before I started this whole thing
maybe its because of the time of day you weigh yourself.
eating throughout the day, can make you gain up to 10lbsof water weight by night.
when you sleep, you burn the water weight you gained. so when you first wake up and you weigh yourself, thats your "most accurate" weight.
you could've gained some muscle if your doing a lot of excersising. especially if your weightlifting more than 8lbs.

well, first off, you need a diet plan. there's many to choose from, but i beleive that the most effective one is healthy eating and excersising.
cut back on fatty snacks such as:
- chips
- cheese
- icecream
- whole milk
- butter
- salt
- chocolate.
- junk food in general.
and replace with snacks like:
- fruits
- veggies
- 100 calorie packs
- Pria Bars (11o calorie bars)
- low-fat peanuts
- low-fat or non-fat milk
- pretzals
- whole grain foods (fig newtons are good)
for meals try mixing it up with a list of this stuff:
- chicken or turkey (no bigger than your hand)
- salads
- non-fat vanilla yogurt
- fruits + Veggies
- Drink water like MAD. (haha, at least 8 glasses per day)
- cereal that has at least 3grams of dietary fiber (miniweats is good)
- soups that are low in sodium.
- slim fast bars
- etc.
tips:
- when eating dinner, try filling up 1/4 your plate with lean chicken, 1/4 with some type of whole-grain, 1/2 with vegetables.
- try eating less than 1500 calories per day
- excersise 1 hour at least 3x per week
- try walking, jogging, swimming, riding your bike, anything that gets your body moving.
- do crunches before every meal (50)
- i heard that you burn more calories when you sleep over 7 hours.
- brush your teeth after every meal. (it kind of gets rid of your urge to eat more)
- chew on ice if you crave something.

when you eat carbs, make sure they're whole grain. whole grains are better for you. but carbs are pretty much in everything soo.
trying eating 5-7 fruits and veggies per day.
along with 8 glasses of water.
cut out junkfood from your diet completly.
when you go to the gym, try 30 minutes on the tredmil, stairclimber, or lypsical(sp). then try arm and leg weight lifting for 15. then do your choice for the next 15 minutes. you should only work out for an hour 3-5x per week.
