when you eat carbs, make sure they're whole grain. whole grains are better for you. but carbs are pretty much in everything soo.
trying eating 5-7 fruits and veggies per day.
along with 8 glasses of water.
cut out junkfood from your diet completly.

when you go to the gym, try 30 minutes on the tredmil, stairclimber, or lypsical(sp). then try arm and leg weight lifting for 15. then do your choice for the next 15 minutes. you should only work out for an hour 3-5x per week.

hope i helped.

I ove carbs too but they are high in calories and other things usually. I think you should cut some out though i mean you can still have carbs but i think in moderation is better. Like instead a whole bagel or muffin have a half and save the reast for tomorrow. cariod also helps to lose tummy punds you cant just work those muscels it doesnt work like that you have to do other things too.

you can do sit-ups and work your tummy.
i have the same problem and i do sit ups and exercises for my tummy. you can try doing that and cutting out some of your carbs. always try to keep in shape. its very important.

well, i don't think that you need to lose weight. what probably happends to you is that u retain liquid and cutting out certain ingredients in any diet is very bad because once you start eating them again, you will gain all the weight back fast. i think that what may be happening is that you have a lot of sodium and there is a lot of salt in some things that you wouldn't expect, so look at the sodium content in the nutrients facts and try to eat things that are low sodium if you just want to feel like you have a flatter tummy. but, be careful, you don't want to dehydrate, so you do need some sodium, and sodium is necessary. so, don't take it completely out of your diet either. just, try eating things that say "low sodium" and don't forget to drink lots of water!
