Hi im f/15
i way 110 and im 5 feet. i am a skinny girl just my stomich pops out. like u would thinkim relly skinnny but if u see my stomich in a tight shirt its kinda of gross. like it pop out.
i looooooooove carbs!! is there a diet or soemhting i can do that includes carbs? or what can i do to loose 5-10 pounds?
i go to the gym a lot

you can do sit-ups and work your tummy.
i have the same problem and i do sit ups and exercises for my tummy. you can try doing that and cutting out some of your carbs. always try to keep in shape. its very important.

I have so many mixed feelings! But mostly I'm jealous of her. We've been best friends since we were born, everyone thinks we're twins, we love eachother to death. That is not fake! I do love her more than anyone and would risk my life for her! And that makes me envy her EVEN MORE! Because I know anyone would - the girl is perfect! Who wouldn't love her? She is soo pretty (in the obvious way AND the not so obvious way, she can be compared to any celebrity and she'd win) she is so smart, she has a double major - biology and pshycology! She has won so many awards for sports. She volounteers and helps out whenever she can. She is a good christian, a great friend (always there for me), awesome sister, and amazing daughter. She is never ungrateful. She is soo perfect people. And I'm crying so much as I write this because I wish I was her! She's so great! She's soo funny, she could make a new born baby laugh! I know everyone wonders why she hangs out with me, she's too good for it. But she's never doubted it, she always says "we're equally pretty, we're equally smart and i love you"
I feel so stupid writing this.
I couldn't sleep last night cause I realized my own family wishes they could replace her with me.
My dad, mom and two brothers adore her, with every right.
And my cousin (who is her second cousin) calls her all the time for advice, they're so close - I want to be close to him! I've tried so hard but he just ignores me.
I feel so bad, I don't wanna hate or envy her, I lvoe her I do, and she's been through so much in her life she deserves everything she has! But I don't know, please help me.
I'm not overexaggerating when I say that I've been googling "steal identity".
I'd do ANYTHING and pay ANY PRICE to become her.

Don't let it get to you as much as it does. Sure she might sound perfect and everything but she's not you and you're not her. You are unique in your own way and you are loved. I know it seems like you aren't wanted and that everyone wants her. You just need to make a bigger statement about yourself. Be more confident about yourself and make it seem like you love the way you are. Its okay to be jealous. Everyone gets that way. But just don't let it get to you. It seems like you're a good person. On the inside and out. You have to like yourself and except yourself as you are. Make a bigger stand about yourself. Hope I helped!
