overeating i'm 15/f, 5'5" and 130-135 pounds. I'm pretty athletic and have plenty of muscle, so i know i'm not fat, but i can't make myself stop over eating! I'll be fine all day and then when i get home i eat way too much for dinner and dessert. I feel sick, but for some reason i have no will power to stop!
please give me tips on how to stop

like the person below me said, try having water before the meal.
also, try using smaller plates for dinner.
then before desert, have an apple or something to keep you from over-eating so much. ]
try drinking a full glass of water before you eat. the water will make you more full before you eat then your most likely to not over eat

~Athough you are athletic enough already, go outside and be active for a while until bed
~Watch tv
~Chew gum
~suck on like mints and stuff
~have something healthy
~Eat pretzels, and drink coffee or tea (or water!)
If you are still having trouble, which i dont think you will :-) then be EVEN more active so that you can burn off what you eat
