Bulking Up Is it better to have protein shakes and stuff before you work out or after? How many minutes before or after shouold I drink them?

You can of course supplement with protein shakes at any time. However, a protein shake right after your workout (within half an hour or so, but preferably right away) is ideal. For best results you should take whey in water after training, since it gets absorbed faster than if mixed with milk. ]
