Dick's sporting goods is a great place to buy good stuff but it can get a bit pricey. Victoria's secret has some nice sports bras and I love their shorts.

I don't really know any websites but I do know some stores that prob. have a website. Okk... Delia's has really cute clothes and the bright leggings you might find there. If you try hot topic ( i know i know it's a goth store but they might have them) or any other goth store they will sell them.

i met my boyfriend at camp last year. he asked me out last year, and i said no, and he asked me out this year again, and i didnt want to say yes, but i felt obligated to. he is my first boyfriend and i didnt tell my parents. I would talk to your friends about it. That's why they're there.But no matter what you do his feelings are going to get hurt. But tell him that you really don't like him in that way and that even though this sounds cheezy and lame that you mean it and you still really wanna be friends. After you break up act like he's your other friends im him... and then he'll start to see that you really meant it.

Ok so I have been doing crunches for like 2 weeks now and they are easy for me. But I have now decided to start doing push-ups but I have the hardest time with them. Anyone got any tips to make it easy or rather less frustrating!

To make it easier what you have to do is less push ups and make them better quality. Go down really low ... and really slow. You'll feel the burn and do ten of those. Take a break and do ten more. Another thing that will help instead of crunches is do a v-seat. While you're doing a v-seat lower and raise your legs slowly... it really helps your abs and you burn more fat than crunches.

I want to check my friends AIM because I want to see if she's friends with someone I don't like. [ she won't tell me if she is or not ] and I know her password, and I just want to log on really quick, and then sign off and not go on it anymore. And I know her password and everything, I'm just afraid that if I go on it, someone'll IM me and I'll have to talk to them and they'll mention it to her and she'll find out and get mad. Is there anyway I can do it without her knowing? Like, is there a way I can sign onto her name while she's online? Or will AIM like, send her a notice or something that's she on at 2 places at once. When you sign on to your friends screen name on the top left hand corner of the screen is an eye. Click on the eye and it makes you invisible... you're still signed on but people think you're off. I wouldn't sign on while she is signed on. Both of you will get a notice saying you're both signed on in two places and she may sign you off. Just wait till she is signed off.

Lately a lot of the style has been abercrombie/abercrombie&fitch! Hollister is also a great store. American Eagle isn't bad. Lacoste is pretty expensive but it looks good on some people but not on others!

Alright.....so I'm in the 9th grade and I'm 14. I'm friends with ALL guys.3 of them tease me about my boob size. I'm a 32B and they all say I'm small and I don't know what to do anymore. First off go talk to the girl and tell her that he might commit suicide. Is this fight really worth someone's life? If she doesn't agree then call a suicide hotline, and if that doesn't work go talk to his parents!

The only way to know if it's bad for you is by figuring out if you're in pain. Not crunching pain but a different kind of pain. Like you're gunna faint or something like that.
If you're trying to burn fat in your stomach area then it will be really affective. After I do a tremendous amount of crunches my stomach is really sore the next morning! That's good, it means you burnt some fat!

I have verizon and I wanted to buy a razor. I'm not sure of the price but I think it was $250. My plan ended and when your plan ends and you want to start it up again there is a huge discount. I got my razor for $75. So maybe start a plan with cingular or verizon and you'll get it cheaper!

First off... as hard as this sound you just have to feel confident. Ignore what she's saying. The only reason she is teasing you is because you get annoyed by it. When she says something mean pretend you didn't hear her. Not only will that embarass her it will give you and your friends something to laugh at!

I met this guy at a party back in May. I knew him before but didn't really like him, but this party made me think he was a decent enough person. I wasn't attracted to him in a romantic sense though. Anyway, he asked me for my number and I gave it to him. He was okay at first, but then I started hating him. He is really immature. I tell him that I don't like him at all and to leave me alone, but he won't stop. He calls me about 394834 times a day and at odd times since he knows I'm awake a lot. He even calls the house phone where my parents are sleeping at 4am. One time I went to the store and there were twenty seven new calls on the phone. Going to the police isn't an option because I'm not exactly their favorite person ever. I've told him many times but he just won't listen. The only reason he talks to me is because he thinks my interests will fit in with his image. It's pathetic. He pretends to like every movie and band I like, even if he knows nothing about them. How do I get him to leave me alone? (link)

You should go to the police. It's illegal for them to turn you down because of things in the past.
To solve your problem about the phone calls-tell you parents and warn them. Tell them to tell him if he calls that they will call the police. If you have caller ID you can block a caller. Same with phones, you can block certain people from calling you.

I think you should ask your doctor. Secretly make an appointment with your doctor, and hide it from your parents by saying you're going to a friends house. Make sure that you tell your friend that you're "going" to her house.
Ask your doctor for birth control. It is impossible for your doctor to tell anyone that you're using birth control because all doctors take like this "oath" that makes them promise not to let out any information. Your doctor could go to jail for that!

Before becoming boyfriend and girlfriend I think you should meet up with him. Tell him, I would like to meet up with youu but i'm not sure about becoming a couple. Not only will this give you time to get to know him and decide what you want to do with him but it will drive him wild that youu might not want to get back together with him!

My mom said that if I live with her while I'm in college, I'm going to have to pay her $300 a month on rent. When my mom told me that, I was shocked. Come on, I can pay less than that to share an apartment with one of my friends. Who could do that to their child right out of high school? She lived with my grandparents free of charge while she went to college. They even bought her a car. She isn't doing this because we're poor, because we aren't.
Anywho, is my mom acting like every other mom or is she just being really selfish? She KNOWS that the job I have doesn't pay much. (link)

I understand what your're going through. I agree that your mom is being a little harsh, I just think she's preparing you for the future. I think you should sit her down and talk to her. Explain your situation to your mom! If you say that your job is paying that much, and you'll be in classes for most of the day and won't be able to work and get money for her rent- or any rent that you'll be homeless! Yes, that may be streching the truth, but it's what you gotta do to get a place to live!

I understand what youu meann! You can't really blame her for going out with someone you likee! Honestly, you might have done the samee. Go out with someone your friends likes! Don't worry about it, they'll break up! I completely understand what you mean when they're kissing. That's simple, just ask her to stop doing it in front of youu. You could ask one of your friends to ask herr and they could sayy, "I wouldn't get physical in front of (your name here), it might make her feel uncomfortable."

Talk to her about it! Don't come straight out and tell her, but hint towards it. Go bathing suit shopping and say something like, "I think I need to try a one piece! I think I'm too chubby and I think it's not very attractive when chubby people wear 2-pieces!" Then point to a 1-piece and say that would look good on youu. Not right after you say that but maybe 10 min. she won't be as suspicious!
