don't rush into things. your first kiss has to be special, not something you rush into just because you think its weird that you haven't. first, get a great guy and take things slow. the right time will come I promise, just don't pressure yourself into kissing somebody you don't really like. hope this helped you!

i really want to redecorate my room. problem--not everything i like matches. about 2 or 3 years ago i got a new carpet so i can't replace it. it's like a periwinkle color lol. colors i like- purple, hot pink, lime green, turquoise.. i'll accept some blues i guess :] does anyone have any suggestions on what would look good with a periwinkle colored carpet?? and have any comforters i might be interested in or websites? well, you say your fave colours are purple hot pink, lime and turquoise?why not use only 2 of those colours? like alternate and use random splashes of color everywhere! a dash of pink here and there, and some other colours mix in. you can be very artistic with this :] peace, countrygirl.

If your looking for i guess you could call them "discreet states" That dont get alot of action try none other than South Carolina! Its COLD in the winter, but HOT as hell in summer...not to mention humid! nut i guess its nice and down here in pawleys, Southern Hospitality takes over! Everyone is so nice and well....Southern! We have nice little coastal bistros and cute shopping villages! I just love it here!

Well, you said his gf is a good friend of yours. Tell her that you think he likes you and flirts with you alot and always asks you to go to the pool. Not in a ha-ha-in-your-face-way, but just nicely and tell her to confront him about it. If the guy says that he loves her, wants to be with her, etc. then he is just a liar! Then YOU have to confront him about it say something like "Why do you always invite ME and not your gf to the pool and stuff?" that should bring up the subject and solve your problems!

I was wondering what some of ya'll think is the best method for teeth whitening. I have heard of baking soda but how would you use that like applying and preparing it, etc.? Or any other brands that have worked the best?

I have heard that strawberries AND baking soda together on a tooth brush work... and then you clean out your mouth with whitening toothpaste, like Aquafresh. DO NOT use crest white strips, they leave white splotches and the instruction thing SAYS its normal, but it stays...

I have the SAME thing and NO it does not work for me, it only CLEANSES not fights the pimples. I mean, you can't erase them or anything but i would suggest Biore or Clean & Clear!

I was thinking of possibly going with side sweep bangs and having the rest of my hair cut into layers.
The problem is, every time I go to have layers done, I end up with something different (even though I ask for the same thing).
I was VERY happy with my first cut. It was sort of feathered and looked terrific even when left straight (my hair is very fine and it also made it appear very thick and full).
I want this back but I've been unable to find a photo of it to show to my stylist.
If you have any suggestions on layers (or bangs) PLEASE post pictures. I'm hoping I'll come across the first cut I had but if not, a few great suggestions will help as well.

WELL, if they are pumps wear them with jeans in late FALL and WINTER, any other time is OUT-OF-SEASON! But yes, black heels go really well with jeans! Some places I can think of that have heels are Merle Norman and Saks. Have fun...

I bought this whipcream that's in a can that has a nozzle. The first time i tried, the whipcream came out, and now it doesn't, but I have no idea why. It says if you bend the nozzle, it comes out, so I did it and last time it was perfectly fine, but this time, I can't get the whipcream to come out. Please help. (link)

Tilt the can upside down and tilt the nozzle forward, you know like upside down so you can pig out on the whipped creme straight from the can,into your mouth its the shizz CRAZY good try it lol =)

Im getting my hair done on Monday and I want something new but Im not sure what. I have straight dirty blonde hair almost to halfway down my back. ok first of all how old is the kid??? you should probably read him a bedtime story and give him specific time warnings for when he is to go to bed and let him know (for his own personal security)that his parents will be "back before you know it" hopefully this will help and if not, lay down with the child and simply wait there for him to go to sleep ( you may get some sleep as well!!!) hope this helped alot.

I've always been close to my mom and told her everything. It's only now I'm realizing what she's doing to me.
For example.. she's told me to stop being friends with so many people. So I stopped being friends with this group of people because she was constantly saying bad things about them, and now I'm hanging with someone else, she's criticising him constantly too, calling him a "troublemaker" and now I'm getting put off him.
Well this same guy.. last night I went over to his place... we've been friends a long time and recently got together. I told her a few people were coming so it was a gathering. Only a couple of people turned up, but I didn't think it'd matter. When she found out, she forbid me to ever go over to anyone's house again, saying I lied to her by telling her it was a party. But I don't think that's why she's mad. She said I'm young and should be "going out" and its not appropriate for me to go to anyones place. She won't let me go to anyone's place unless their mother is home, but his mother WAS home. When I said this to her she said "you think his old mother would help you? She'd laugh if all those boys tried to rape you" This really upset me because his mother was very nice. She said this guy should "take me out" instead, but we DO go out..
I'm seventeen and very responsble. She knows I'm not having sex (marriage for me) but she says I have no "self respect" by going to boys houses. Right now I'm in tears at what she's doing. I don't know how to please her. I've always done everything she's said in the past. I've cut people out of my life when she's told me to, stopped speaking to people, etc but this time I can't stand for this. Can someone give me some advice? I realize she's only overprotective because she loves me, but this is going too far.

Let her know your'e resposible enough and that she cannot control who and who are not your friends, and that is very rude. Tell her that you dont appreciate her bashing your friend's mom and stuff. This is classic, but tell him you DONT feel the same way anymore. Just tell him firmly that you dont want to be around him anymore and remind him of that qoute he said " i will always love you even if we break up." Tell him to,like, dont do that, because its not worth loving someone who DOESENT love you back!
