I think that the best place to get a sports bra with no padding that is made out of good material is Victoria's Secret. They are called " Sexy Sport Bras" and I think they're on sale... Hope i helped!

Most nude beaches are open to anyone at any age. Nude beaches are just for whatever, not sexual purposes. However, most nude beaches are in Europe, so I wouldn't suggest going naked on a beach in America... you most likely would be arrested. Hope i helped!

Basically, we all know that most guys are gross and perverted. Whenever your brothers see you eating a banana, they refer to the banana as a penis... its because of the resemblance. But dont listen to them, keep eating bananas because they are good for you and have a lot of protein and Potassium.... plus they're yummy!

Hey! I too unfortunatley cuss quite a bit. However, I stopped because of 3 main ways. I know this sounds crazy, but if you know any other languages, say them in that language. I know some spanish and german, but a lot of french, so I usually say fowl words in french. People look at me like Im crazy but, its better than them hear me cuss. Also, my friends and I have these little "games" we have to do if we cuss. One of them is that they make the person that cussed do alot of push-ups/pull-ups/sit-ups. Not only do you learn to stop, you get a good work-out! Also, if you cuss when you said you werent going to, your pals get to give you a crazy dare that you have to do. They can get pretty emebarrasing, so you try to stop. You can also do the "if you cuss your friends hit you"... but its not a creative and it can get kinda painful. Hope that i helped!

Hey! My hair is also down to my shoulders, really thin, and wavy. However, i do many things in the morning that are quick and easy that make my hair pretty so here it goes.... One really pretty thing to do is to "scrunch" your hair. All you have to do is have wet hair and put the size of an apple amount of mousse into your hair. You take you hands and cup them and pinch your hair up and down to make it have beautiful curls. *Just dont brush your hair afterwards because it will mess it up!* Also you can straighten it and then get a curling iron and flip the ends out. Whenever I do that i always get complements! Its always gorgeous and classy to just plain curl your hair with the curling iron and its super pretty to put it half-up and put a clip in your hair instead of a pony-tail-holder. Also, just leaving your hair wavy is pretty too. You should also look at hair styles you might like in books at salons. I think that it might be really pretty if you get side- bangs that slant across your face. I hope you find my information helpful and you can always question me about more styling tips if you want!

i have like a bunch of random whiteheads and little zits in random places on my face but i wash my face 3 times a day...in the morning with clean & clear morning burst, at night or when i get back from work or something with neutrogena oil free acne wash and before i go to bed with a noxzema pad but they like wont go away and more keep popping up and its getting annoying...help??? Hey! Well, for starters you need to do something to open up your pores. The two best ways are to boil water in a bowl(best in the microwave) and then stick your face right above the bowl(where the steam is coming out) so your pores can open up. You can also put a very warm(careful not too hot!) towel on your face and lighly scrub your face to help open the pores. Once you've opened your pores, wash your face with a strong face wash, possibly even a accitone/toner. Do this once a week. Also, put a face lotion on your face every other night. You might think that it will make your face oily, but it doesnt. If your face thinks it's dried out, then it will make more oil. If your face wasnt dried out it the first place, then your face will be super oily, which of course will lead to zits. The best face lotion is Cetaphil. Also, here are some really good face-washes that you might want to try... 1.Boire warming cleanser, pore striped, scrub, etc... {can find in Drug Stores} 2. Proactive{more expensive.. can order or find in malls} 3. Clean and Clear oxygen face wash{can find in Drug Stores... oxygen is realllyyy good for your face..} 4. pH2o{can find in drug stores} 5. Aveeno{can find in Drug Stores.. has good natural ingredients!} I HOPE I HELPED!!

Hey! Well there are many different good types of backpacks. I would really recommend using one, but just not a rolling one. The most popular book bags are LL Bean and North Face. You can go to www.llbean.com to look and order a bookbag. There you can go to kids(its for teens too!) and click on backpacks. They are 40/50$, and you can get them monogramed in a lot of colors and styles. Also, there are Northface bookbags. They come in many styles and colors too. You can get them at just about any sporting/outdoor store. I dont know exactley how much they cost but they cost alittle more than LL Bean... im guessing 60 dollars. Hope you found my advice helpful.

Well, many young tennagers think about having sex, its totally normal. However, you have to think about the future. You would be losing your virginity at 13, and even if you do use protection, it doesn't always work. Plus, if you had a baby at such a young age, the baby might have deffects. Also, you would have to drop out of school which would seriously decrease your changes of having a very successful job. Not only would it be hard on you to raise a baby, think about your family. There are strong chances that they would be upset! Plus, your boyfriend would totally leave you if he found out you were pregnant with his child, so he'll give you no support either. So... I personally think it would be best if you didnt have sex with your boyfriend at your age. However, anal and oral sex are other options if you want to. Hope my advice helps with your troubles! I personally think that you should go out with the guy you love the most. However, there are many other things to think about before you say yes to either of them. The guy that knows what he's doing in a relationship also knows what to do in a relationship. Also, think about their friends. If the people they roll with aren't nice, then maybe he might start acting like an idiot too. Also, if his friends are mean to you, you dont want them to be chewing you out 24-7! You should try talking to your pals about the guys too. Maybe they know something about them you dont, and you dont want them to ditch you because you picked the wrong guy. If your worried about hurting the other guy's feelings, let him down softly and say that you just dont feel the same way about him as he does for you(not now atleast) but that you love him as a friend. Many people like to do the opposite color eyeshadow of your eyes, but sometimes other colors are really nice too. Olive green, light pink, nuetral browns, light and dark purples all look really nice. However, it also depends on your skin tone. If you have ivory skin; then light pink, and nuetral browns. If you have fair skin; darker browns, shimmery cremes, and blue if you have some blue in your eyes too. Also, if you have dark skin; olive greens, purples, and natural colors look really nice. Hey! I dont know much about foreign exchange students but if you want to become one you need to get a lot on information about the place you want to go. Also, you need to look into a lot of people that live in the place you want to go to. Maybe some you know has family or relatives that you can stay with. But there are also many homes tht take foreign exchange students. You can try going to your local school and ask the guidance counselor if she knows anything on foreign exchange students. Also local libraries have tons of books on foreign exchange. You can also ask the librarians. I hope you find my advice helpful! Sorry it took so long!

I am getting an MRI scan soon for my head (jaw). Would I have to take out a belly button barbel? It's some type of surgical metal I don't quite remember what type. Is there anyway I can keep it in? I have had the piercing for a couple of months but I still have a month to go before I can take it out or change it and I really don't want to mess with it.

Im not quite sure if it will be nessesary to take it out but I work as an assistant to my father in the local hospital. Since the MRI is a large and powerful magnet, metal can sometimes ruin the picture scan that comes out. All you have to do is ask the docter before you go in. Hope your MRI goes successfully. o0o0o and i little tip- its real loud, so bring ear-plugs and ask to put on ear mufflers when you get they(they have them there) Hope my advice was helpful to you!

I have very fine and weak hair too and what shampoo/conditioner I use is "Back to Basics" I think you can only find it in salons,but its like 9 dollars a peice. They smell really good and they leave your hair smelling good too. Basically anything to make your hair stronger is protein and vitamins. The main shampoo/conditioner with this is *Pantein ProV. the ProV stands for Protein and Vitamin. You can get the "full and thick" which will make your hair stronger, healthier and thicker. I dont exactley understand what you mean my proper but the mose popular way to monogram something is to have your first initail(p-MAKE SURE ITS LOWER-CASE!) then you last initial(C- MAKE SURE ITS CAPITIALIZED!) and then your middle intial(a- MAKE SURE ITS LOWER-CASE!) So... it will look like this: pCa
(but in a fancier script.)that is the proper way to do it... first name, last name, middle name.

I tried the same thing a couple years ago..(but i failed--- im a TOTAL carnivore)If your looking for sorts of protein there are manyyyy things. Any thing that comes from animals has alot of protein.... For example cheese, yogurt, milk, etc... Also, p-nuts and bread/pastas/cereal had quite alot of protein. Well im a female but alittle older than you and i ask the same question! But from my experience, I have found out that many guys like different things. the main thing is to be yourself but you hear that everyday. What Im gunna tell you is different.... Manyyyy of my close guy friends like girls because they stand out. Im not talking dying your hair hot pink but to be alittle more than all the other girls... Be funny, sweet, and know what your good at. Flaunt your stuff and strut what you got! But, a realll turn-off for guys is gossip. they hate it when girls bitch about other girls and they hate it when girls complain. Try to stay cheerful and radiant and they will totally fall for you!
