is there any way to whiten your teeth without buying strips or whitening gel?

baking soda trust me is sounds weird but brush your teeth and then wet your toothbrush and put baking soda on your tooth brush its totally harmless. and listerine mouth wash makes a whitening mouth wash. haha it worked for me!

ok so i have this step dad who has a son who's my age (15). He walked in on my boyfriend and me making out in my room and he screamed at me and grounded me for a month. all the popular people at my school are total byothes [trust me i hang with them]. you will want to make the first move with them. be like hey and introduce yorself dont act like a total stalker and follow them around if they are nice be like... "do yall want to hang out sometime?" like go to the mall your house the pool or a movie. and popular girls think your cool if you have a bf and a cell phone. dress nicely, if you go to a private school like me, always dress like your rich in polo and junk. but if u go to a public school everyone will be like eww rich girl and think your too snobby.

Okay, yesterday I asked a question about teeth whitening with braces and the responses I got were mostly not to do it because I would look weird when I got my braces off.

Well, I forgot to mention that I would like my teeth to look especially white for a very special occasion coming up and a) i'm not getting my braces off for another six months and b) i don't care how my teeth look after I get my braces off because it will be MUCH easier to get them whitened afterward.

With that said, can anyone give me advice on what's safe to use to whiten your teeth with braces?

Hey.

My frieds have always said to me that i am great at giving advice, and i agree, i think i am pritty good. So for the past 4months i have been searching the for a website where i can have my own advice column. I fond Advicenators and DearCupid. They are both great, but i just want a site where people will only ask me for advice. I have a freewebs thing and didnt work out as i had hoped because no one had emailed me with any of their problems and no one looked at my site.
I have answered lots and lots and lots of questions on advinators but still no one as a question (like, just for me to answer). I would quite like myself to be a columnist and have my own website where people can just ask me for advice and it to be an advice column.

Im really skinny and it's hard to find clothes that fit me that I like. People always say I look really skinny but I eat so much and I still look the same. Is there any way I can gain more weight?

when you become an adult(unless you already are one) your weight will finially catch up to you. you must have a fast metabolism so eating a lot wont do much now but when you an adult you will see all the results from eating so much. so enjoy being skinny! i know the abercombie kids section has skinny clothes (i hav to wear small sizes too)

We start a cross country run tomorrow...it's around 2 nad a bit miles. But i have no stamina what so ever. I am probably one of the fastest people in our year, but i can't run for ages.
What are ways to improve stamina ?

Keep a steady pace, don't use up all your energy at the very begining. Stay hydrated!!

Well... singers lipsynch in videos b/c it makes it easier to perform in the video . Yes i also think that is true though. It is pretty hard to sing and dance at the same time. Just because they do it in a video they shouldn't lipsync on stage. The SAT book has random but true facts like the beatles fact all the time.

what are ways to get a flat stomach?
i don't really have a BIG stomach.
maybe just a half-inch of stomach out.
i do 15 sit-ups about almost every night.
but what else can i do to make it faster, i guess?

Well 15 sit-ups are certainly not enough! Sit-ups hurt your back so try doing crunches. Do about 50 or 40 a night and see where that gets you. If you want to get more serious you could go on a diet or you could pick up an issue of seventeen magazine and do the fitness excersises,they are always great and they have them about abs all the time.

Okay, I don't usually get nervous before performing on stage. I get really nervous during auditions, though and because I'm nervous I perform poorly and I don't get a callback. I hate knowing that I could do really well, but blowing it because I'm nervous. Does anyone know how I can overcome my audition nerves? I will rate high. Thanks.

The age old answer is to picture the audiance in their underwear... it never works and it is pretty disturbing. Focus hard on what you are doing, auditioning. You know you want the part and auditioning is easier then the performance because there are MUCH less people watching you. You should watch High School Musicial to watch how Troy and Gabriella try out for the part.

i have to baby sit 2 kids. ages 6 and 9. my parents are best friends with their parents so my mom doesn't want me charging them a lot because our families are really close and they live next door. they are pretty good kids - if you put them in front of a tv they're perfectly quiet for 2 hours. how much should i charge an hour for the both of them?

okay so my dad is in the air force, and he listens to country music. he likes listening to war songs, since he is in the military.
