go to your LimeWire playlist > Click explore > drag songs onto a blank playlist in Itunes!
This works for me and i have had no problems whatsoever with it!!

1st= when go to your library in limewire.

2nd =go to the shared files icon which can be located on the library page and click on it.

3rd=all of your songs will pop up and then right click on the song and go to the option that says "open with".

4th=then a some software files like "i-tunes" or "windows media" should pop up then click on "i-tunes"

5th=when you click on it "i-tunes" should pop-up and the song should appear in your library and from there you transfer the songs.

Open iTunes and your 'shared' directory (where Limewire saves the files), select the files you want, and click-and-drag them to iTunes. They should be added the the iPod no worries.
