flat stomach what are ways to get a flat stomach?
i don't really have a BIG stomach.
maybe just a half-inch of stomach out.
i do 15 sit-ups about almost every night.
but what else can i do to make it faster, i guess?

Well 15 sit-ups are certainly not enough! Sit-ups hurt your back so try doing crunches. Do about 50 or 40 a night and see where that gets you. If you want to get more serious you could go on a diet or you could pick up an issue of seventeen magazine and do the fitness excersises,they are always great and they have them about abs all the time.

you can eat lots of salad that realli gets you to lose a lot of fat. Its realli good you should try it. ]
15 sit ups are going to do anything, you have to do more. i was told by a personal trainer that for sit up to even do anything you have to at least do 200 of them a night..and i been doing that and its starting to work... maybe it would hel for you to? ]
crunches define your muscle. and situps build it. uhm if its your lower stomache. you should do leg lifts. thats what worked for me. lay on your back and put your hands underneath your butt for support and lift you legs maybe 6 inches off of the ground and hold it there for like 10 seconds. and start out with.. 3 sets of 10 =] // i hope that helped ]
