baby sitting price
i have to baby sit 2 kids. ages 6 and 9. my parents are best friends with their parents so my mom doesn't want me charging them a lot because our families are really close and they live next door. they are pretty good kids - if you put them in front of a tv they're perfectly quiet for 2 hours. how much should i charge an hour for the both of them?

since they are so close i think it would be good for 3-5 dollars an hour or you could always ask them whatever they feel comfortable giving you!

Well, for me, I've never had to really charge anything. They just give me money, but if they ask, you should probably charge about $6 an hour. =)

If they are that good you should only charge about 5 or 6 dollars because it's not that much work if they are angels.

well simply 5 dollars an hour per kid. that should be fine there the ones who wanna go out and leave you during the summer while you could be out with friends having a good time instead your watching thier kids. well GOODLUCK !!!

Well, you can try 5-6 dollars an hour as a high but not-too-high price. If its real easy, then pricing shouldnt be that much. Like 4-5 dollars. Or you can ask the parents how much they are willing to give. Hope this helps!

Hello, I used to charge by what parents could afford and how the kids behaved. Sometimes I left it up to the parents.
If they paid well then I would accept more jobs.
If not,I would level with whoever referred me so they understood I did real work with real children.

Dont go below 4 or 5 because thats minimum wage! unless there asking you how much, let them choose, sometimes thats alot better cause they are scared to pay to not enough that they pay you mucho mumbo
