weight loss i will rate high Is there anything that i can eat every day to loose weight?
I tried the cereal thing, but it doesnt work at all!

Even though i absolutely hate it.. yogurt does wonders for your body. A lot of people do yogurt diets. Eat normal meals, but instead of snacking on junk food and eating fatty foods for desert, replace all that fat with a yogurt. It will make a HUGE difference over time. ]
drink lots of water. cut down on junk food. eat more fruits and veggies and exercise. ]
Not really. You can try those weight watchers foods? But, like the person below me said, you have to do it the old fashioned way. There are no shortcuts.

My mom has been eating healthy food and has been cutting out high calories and has been going to the gym 3 times a week, and shes lost 6 pounds.
Check the nutrition labels, if it has more than 150 calories and more than 2 grams of saturated fat, then its unhealthy.

Things to eat -
Fruits and veggies. (I think you know what they are.)
Salad.
Vegetable soup.
Grilled chicken. NOT fried.
Frozen grapes are good snacks and taste soo good.
Things NOT to eat/drink -
Cookies candy donuts and other junk food.
Butter.
Soda.
Oily and fatty foods.
Fast food.
My mind kind of went blank, but I tried to help my best. Also, if you want more food choices, type in "healthy foods" on google.

Unfortunately, I must say that there is no food that will achieve the goal you want. If there was, everybody would be using it, including me. I know you're going to hate to hear this, but the only real way to lose weight is the old fashioned way, diet and excercise. Let me explain what this "really" means though because so many girls have it construed anymore. By diet you need to not cut back on food but rather make better choices. Also, water is key to weight loss. Try drinking a glass of water before each meal and you will eat considerably less and feel fuller faster. Also, drink at least 8 8-ounce glasses a day because most "hunger" is really a symptom of not having the daily amount of water. As for excercise, start small. Test yourself to find your ability (# of sit-ups, time to run a mile, etc). Then make a work-out based off that information, and test yourself every so often to see your progress. Again, don't workout like a crazy person because you won't stick to it and in the long run, you achieve nothing. Hope this helps. Good Luck! :) ]
