I dont exactley understand what you mean my proper but the mose popular way to monogram something is to have your first initail(p-MAKE SURE ITS LOWER-CASE!) then you last initial(C- MAKE SURE ITS CAPITIALIZED!) and then your middle intial(a- MAKE SURE ITS LOWER-CASE!) So... it will look like this: pCa
(but in a fancier script.)that is the proper way to do it... first name, last name, middle name.
Hope you found my information helpful!

How exactly do you mean, proper? I would have said in most people's case that they would have the first name, the middle intials, and then the surname either as a full name, or also intitaled. Most people would probably separate the letters wth a period [.] eg:
Anna N. Other
I hope this answers your query
Adendium: Ah! I see what you mean now. I would have said that usually you have the names in this order: First, Middle/second, Sur. Using my previouse example, it would be ANO [Anna Nicole Other]. Does that help? ]
