Hey everyone, my name is Kristin, there's a picture of me on my advice column.. I'm a senior in high school and im 18 years olds.. I know I'm pretty young, but I've been through more than anyone would imagine and I've been through things most teenage girls haven't experienced yet in life. Here's a few things about myself, I've gone through a very serious one year relationship that ended a long long time ago, my parents have been divored for about 6 years, I cheerlead for my high school, I do ballet and have been playing the piano since I was seven, I work at a nearby UPS Store, and I am a dedicated Greek-Orthodox Christian. I hope to get accepted into Cal Poly San Louis Obispo and major in Nutrition..I love to hear about other peoples issues and problems so I could help them deal with it by relating them to my own experiences. I just started at a new highschool September 8th so ive been there for three days i only knew 2 people they introduced me to alot of there friends ive tried to be really outgoing but like ill be talking to someone i nkow in the hallway and then when one of there friends see them and they know that person well theyll start talking about people that i dont know so i feel like left out cuase i cant be in the conversation i feel like im bothering some people by always asking if i can sit with them and stuff.no one that ive met ever says hi to me in the hallways or anything i have no one to walk with its wierd...theres like this free 10 minutes to do w/e you want well i usually o in the cafateria and try to talk to the 2 ppl i know but there so cought up in there old friends they basically forgetthat im there..and like in my old school alot of guys would talk to me here they dont...but its only been three days...should i give it time??i just need help i want friends so bad ...after a while do you think the guys will talk to me or anyone for that fact ??just tell me everything you think...when will i fee like ive fit in ? thankyou so much (link)

give it time, i promise you that if u give it maybe acouple more months or even more, ull have tons of friendZz..and its onlii been 3 days !!! it takes soo long for guyz to notice girlZz even if they are hecka pretty!!! just wait ull see..one thing tho dont follow ppl around or nething cause then they might get annoyed of u and u dont want that..its okay to eat by urself trust me no1 will think nething, onli that ur new.

tha onlii answer to that is, if she thinks that getting into this relationship will be bad for HER, then she shoulndt go out with him...no matter whut, she needs to look out for herslf, and even if they are inlove with eachother, if it steers her in the wrong path, then she shuldnt go out with hIm..

OK, well I've gone out with a guy multiple times, and he broke up with me one time. The last time we broke up we both decided to try to get a little comfortable around eachother..but the thing is..i really love him..and i mean REALLY love him. He is pretty much obsessed with me, it's just the communication when we're face to face that has a little problem. And that's it. But I really love him, and do you think it would be wrong to go out with him another time? Ok I was basically fwb's with this guy named Rick and We would chat online e-mail eachother everyday and he would talk to me in school and then all of a sudden after a month of telling me he liked me he says he doesnt like me after he wrote me the sweetest e-mail then he says I like you theres just a girl at our school I like and she likes me and ive liked her for about a year now. I just got kicked out of my moms house and i am starting off fresh at my dads. He doesnt trust me and neither does my grandma. I can t talk on the phone without them listening or i cant get on the computer with out them reading my stuff. I cant go anywhere without them spying on me. They dont let me go any where to begin with. I have to sneak on the phoen and the com at night. I ask if they can just ftrust me and they are like no. They dont even know me. My grandma thinks buying me things is going to keep me out of trouble and my dad thinks keeping me from the world is going to keep me out of trouble as well. I need some advice . (link)

if i were u, id just go with it for awhile...just play along with how they think..then when they see that u are a "perfect lil child"..then SLOWLY start asking them to go out with ur friends...bring ur friends over to the house and introduce them...have them make totallllly good impressions, etc...maybe thatll work??

Hi!!! I need your help, Im baby sitting this boy for almost a year now before her mom paying a fare salary but now I kinda don't like the way she pays me, I let her do that twice but now I don't think it's fare for me her mom paying me $5.00 for at least 4 hours, and I think that is so unfair. i know that its hard to be assertive when it comes to adults and how they are paying you..but if they see that u are mature enough to approach them about that typa thing, they will respect u even more. if i were u, id sit down with her and be like...im __years old and i was thinking about getting a "real" job as a hostess at a resaraunt or something, because I really need more money..I absolutly LOVE ___[her kid] but unless i can get maybe like 2 dollars extra an hour..i think im gunna haveto quit babysitting =/...dont get me wrong i LOVE babysitting , but i really need some extra money, and 5 Dollars isnt quite doing it..........and blahblah...ya know?? u really just gotta say it cause theres really no other way..she will see how responsible and assertive u are and like u even more!!

im in ur same position, except with me, i dont care what my friends say...if ur friends are good friends theyll except u no matter what...my friends are tha exact opposite of tha definition of a cheerleader, and yet they are proud of me for making the team..as long as u dont ditch them to hang out with the cheerleaders all the time, ull be fine..if they say nething bE likE its hecka fun and the girls are really sweet.

since u dont wanna hear, "dont do that, blahblah" i wont say that, lol even tho i really dont think u should but thats a different story...ull loose prolly like 10 pounds in 2 weeks..but then right when u eat a full meal after ur session of not eating alot, ull gain it back 10 times faster..if u dont know what im talking about drop one in my inbox because theres a theory to not eating at all for a period of time and then when u do it u gain it back really quickly...
