Sing or come up with a rhyeme/rhythem.

Take a long hot bath, with an awesome romance novel and a little bit of music playing. It always works for me! You can also try writing in a journal -- telling your feelings to someone (even if it's just a piece of paper) can really help relieve stress. ]
Channeling stress into creative outlets is something to try. I like to write, paint, or play music.
If you aren't in a creative mood, meditation is a great way to mellow out.

Being stressful really sucks! I hate it so much. But, when that does happen to me, I usually stay in my room and listen to music for hours and hours, I love music. And I'll clean my room and reorganize it, do stuff like that to keep things off my mind. Or I go running or swimming or I workout or I go to the mall with friends to get things off my mind too. I do anything that will keep me occupied and keep things off my mind pretty much. And sometimes if you're stressful, it helps to talk to someone and get it all off your chest. Just do something you enjoy, like sometimes writing things down and expressing your feelings help too if you don't want to talk to people about it. when i get stressed or i havea fite or usmthignw ith my family i grab my cd player dn favorite music, (if im upset tis usually liek fighter by christina auguilara or independent women or survivor by destinys child) and take a walk that usualyl makes me feel better. or take kickboxing classes or sumthign of that nature 2 take your stress out once a week or sumthing liek that ya no. hope i helped-plz rate =) ]
