Ok well..to start off I was raped 3 years ago..and Ive been over that nightmare for a while. But Ive had two bfs since then and never had the same problem I do now. With my current bf I had the dream about my raper and his boys raping me again..noe my bf wasnt in the dream..but it didnt start having the dream until i dated him..and I love him..trully. Hi,
I'm 5"7, aged fourteen and weigh ten stone (which is 140 pounds I think). I know this isn't majorly overweight or anything, but I feel fat and would like, if possible, to gradually get down to nine stone (126 pounds). I wouldn't mind if this took, say a few months.
I exercise regulary but find it hard to stop snacking between meals. Has anyone got any tips into how to stop this?
Or any other gradual-dieting tips.
Any advice would be very much appreciated :-)

I would say do whatever you want but i would also say just wait till after collage until you get married cause thats what my bro and his g/f are doing who have been together for 4 years so i would suggest you wait till after school till you get married... oh and thanks for what you said in my feedback

when i get older im thinking about like adopting 2 kids and having 2 kids, does anyone have any ideas on why this would be a bad idea? i want to adopt because i dont want all my kids to have the same traits as me, but then i wanna have 2 of my own because having a baby that came from you is..good, right? do you think i would favor the kids i created over the ones a adopted?? suggestions, please??! thank you~~~!!!!!! Well you can choose what you do when you finnaly make the decision personally i dont think it is a bad idea but if you do adopt make sure the kid is just a baby so it wont rember its family

Today i found out from alot of people that my boyfriends been cheating on me with this girl that i absolutly hate and wen i asked my boyfriend about it he sed it wasnt true and they are lying to me, but i dont know wether to trust him or not because he has cheated on me before and tryed to hide it but i found out and idk why but i let it slide (plz noone give me a lecture on that). His bestfriend even told me that which is why im questioning him but he keeps on saying its not true. He may be cheating on you but you really cant tell the ppl might just be sayin this so you break up with him just try and find out the truth for yourself before you take any drastic measures hope i help

ok well when i was younger i had an agent and i did small tv things, and i remember it taking up a lot of my time. ITs been awhile since i have done n e thing involving tv and broadway, and now my dad thinks its a good time to start up again. I have been re hired and everything but when i talked to my agent she says i would probably have to quit a lot of my activites. I am involved with a lot of things right now and i dont no if its the best for me to do this. I really want to act right now and do this again but i dont want to regret it in the long run.

okay well i reall hate living at my house..my mom has told me she dont want me here and my step dad has also i've been cryin for the past two nights and the only comfort i've had was my boyfriend he's the greatest well my friend toni wants to runaway and she one my best friends and she asked if i'd go with her...well i've gave this so much thought and i really want to but the reason i wont is cause of my boyfriend well he asked me to marry him and i said yes.. but he kinda felt bad after he told me cause he said he cant do it right now or anything cause were only 16..well i know were young and everything but my friend toni said we should run off and get married..though bout that also but i dont wanna do that then like get caught and his grandma or my mom can get it undone anyways which i know my mom won't cause she really could care less.. but like can anybody gimma advice on how i can try and stand my parents.. ill rate high if its good.. and i also need advice on if you think i should marry him.. i love him more then anything we been through alot together like his mother's deather me havin a miscarriage me havin my airway disease my mom losing her baby and jus a whole bunch of other stuff and i know he will always be there or atleast i think he will.. he hasnt gave up on me yet in the past year and a lil bit longer..and dont tell me im too young cause i know that but lota people get married young and things work out..much luv and thanks ahead of time for anybody who helps.. Okay, 5 seconds ago I just dropped the camera that I got this Christmas! I know it cost like..130 dollars, and it was the gift from my parents, unlike the other ones from 'santa' hha. Anyway, i dropped it, and now its all scratchy inside, and I got it to turn on..and it wont now. It sounds like pieces in the inside are juggling around. I unscrewed the top to see if anything was in there, but the bottom doesn't unscrew, so you can't take it off, so I don't know. Wtf do I do? I LOVE that DIGITAL camera, and my parents are gonna be soo pissed. Should I blame my cat? Be like, "I think the cat hit this off the table' or something. Omg, please help, my mom's gonna be home soon. PLUS, I'm supposed to bring it to school tomorrow. Oh man :( (link)

okay...sorry, but I NEED A GUY TO ANSWER THIS. Okay, guys, do guys have a problem with admitting they like a girl or something, especially if they're like, a player??? Cause there is this guy that flirted with me EVERY FREAkin Day for a month straight..and a coupla of my friends definitely thought he liked me..because he payed speciall attention to me..way more than the other girls there. Then one of my friends asked him if he liked me one day at skool when I was absent, and he said yes, even thought there were a couple of his friendz there..then she asked again, for sure, and he said yes. Then a month later, she asked him online with another girl ,and he said "no, I only made fun of her, and she's disgusting"...k, so WASSUP WITH THAT? I mean, for god's sake, make up your mind...!Anyway...so like, can any of you tell me what you think is going on!!?? I'm not very interested in him anyway, even though he's "supposedly really the hottest guy in the grade" and a lot of the girls like him, i think he's a jerk.But I just wanna know, coz it pisses me off. You have to stop this is a danger to your health i reccomend you call a helpline or find another thing to take your frustrations out on like write in a diary or listen to soothing music because cutting is no good you have to find some other way to deal with your frustrations because this can be really dangerous

it means exactly what it says all is fair in love in war which is basicall saying anything goes hence the all is fair so in love you can do whatever you want to try and get someone and the same thing the only diffrence is in war it would be killing someone and love it would be getting them hope i helped

i'm in a band, and i'm not bragging or anything but we are quite good. we've been together for like 2 years and have played loadsa gigs (and won a battle of the bands competition recently :p) we've got a demo cd and evrything so how the hell do we go about "getting signed" because i'm hearing of other local bands that get signed ie to sony for £400,000 to go record an album. so does anybody know how we'd go about doing this? i will rate high if your helpful :p PLEASE help me.

Honestly to get signed you should contact a recording agency and send them a demo cd of you and if they like ur music they will probably sign you hope i helped..
