Yeah it should work. It may come up as a question mark though if you are using an AOL service. Not like aol.com or AIM but like when you log on and you use an aol browser, it did that to me on my other computer that has aol.

I am trying to train up for the cheerleading squad... How can I do that? Running around the neighborhood is not a good option right now, but in the house we do have some free weights and rubber bands. I just want to be stronger and more ready for the practices. Can anyone help me?

Go to a gymnastics gym and got there and practice gymanstics with them and work out at the gym. You can also work on your jumps and stretching. Also do a lot of this out in the heat b/c youll be at football games and it will be hot. I am a cheerleader and this is what I do 5 days a week.

Okay, so i'm a 14/f. About 4 months ago, i was 125 pounds, and i was disgusted with my body. So i decided i was going to lose weight. Well i chose the wrong path to take. I basicly cut down on food. Well, now i am 115 pounds. And today i realized something was wrong.

I was starving, and my friend, my boyfriend and my mom went to the mall, we ate there and i had about 4 peices of orange chicken and like 3 pieces of broccoli, and a fork full of rice, and i was full and i thought i was going to throw up because i was so full.

And I'm not like that, usually, i can eat pretty well. Is there any eatting disorder that can relate to this, because i'm 99% sure i'm not Bulemic or Anorexic.

And please don't say "just eat more", it's harder than you think.

Well I was anorexic for 2 years. I could it like a piece of chicken smaller then my pinky and be full and my stomach would bloat up. Its really hard because i finally got down to 105-110 abnd i got locked up...i gained so much weight you'll never believe it. I came out weighing 160!!! Now mi down to 150.. its pathetic...The only way how i got over my anorexia is learning to love myself. Spending time alone and not worrying about what others think about me. Loving me because I am me. You need to do some serious soul searchin...and it wont happen right away but i promise that it will work! if it doesnt feel free to cuss me out. But trust me on this one. I've had a problem for a few years with gas bloat in my stomach. Usually it happens after I eat, but not all the time. Tonight I had mexican food and about an hour after I got back home I started to bloat just below the ribs. It's finally subsiding now, but it was REALLY painful, so much that it bent me double when I tried to stand straight. It happens when I drink soda as well (which gives me painful hicups on top of that).

Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing this and why the gas isn't being let out quicker? I also have trouble with burping, I can feel the gas come up but then it just stops. Any help would be much apreciated!

I have the same problem and it got soo bad that I had to goto the hospital. My doctor told me it had something to do with acid reflux. I would see your doctor or goto a walk in clinic and see what they say just to make sure. Try taking Pepto Bismol? Or and anti-acid works too...like tums..or something similar...hope i helped!

I saw on other advicenators colums their backgrounds. How do you get backgrouds on there? I dont want to pay anything. I read that you can upload pictures? am i right? Well how do you do that??? Somebody please help me! I really want a nice background. I saw some really cool background on the advicenators website, i just dont know how to get them on my column. Can somebody help me?

To use the backgrounds on your advicenators column:
Find the background you want to use
Highlight the text in the box and use the Edit -> Copy or ctrl+C option to copy it
Visit your column settings page. (be sure you're logged in)
Paste the background URL in the "bg1" or "bg2" option boxes and hit save.

And to upload a picture it must be 15k or under 15k or else it wont work. You may need to resize it. You go to your profile settings and scroll down and you will see upload picture. You click on that and go to where u have your pictures on you PC and then choose the pic that u want. Then it will tell you if you have successfully uploaded a pic. Sometimes it wont show up right away so try logging out and logging back in. I hope I helped!

next month im turning 16 and i want to have a really sweet party. I live on a lake and i have a big back yard, i just dont want it to be a lot of people just standing around not having any fun...soo what are some good ideas to make sure that people are having fun?

I think u should have a big party on your lake. Like have jet skis and wake boarding ans tanning and lots of loud music and food. It should end up awesome!

Haha this is a very strange question but I tend to get hard nipples (when it's cold.. etc) and they show through my shirts. I have tried padded bras (they don't help much) and duct tape (doesn't work at all). It is also quite embarassing if I am wearing a swimsuit and they show through.

How can I stop them from showing.. I don't mind if it is uncomfortable but I do not like having to put on more shirts since it can usually even show through hoodies and what not.

I dont mean to sound funny when i say this but the only thing i can think of is getting them pierced...then u have an excuse that they are hard..ya know? Plus when they're pierced it doesnt make a difference if theyre hard or not..Hope I helped. Sorry I couldnt think of anything else.

i already aproached one columnist to help me out with this one- but i need all the help i can get. to make a long story short, i need to know a place where i can get free prenatal care. my guardians have pretty mch given up on me and told me im on my own- so i need help guys- PLEASE! 5's for all answers- helpful or not.

They have a system called WIC. Which pays for certain foods while your pregnant and after your pregannt i think until your child is up to 5 years old. They give you a WIC check and it pays for eggs and milk and cereal and juice and stuff but you can only get a certain kind of product and publix usually has the signs which will tell you what WIC items u can buy. You must apply for this. Try your local health dept. Also the health dept is free and they also have Pregnancy crisis centers which will help you with pre-natal care. I hope I helped!

My 17 year old daughter quit school, does not have a job--and does NOTHING around the house. She
does have money in savings which she has been blowing like crazy, but that's almost gone now. She lied to me about last night, said she stayed at a friends to babysit younger siblings, and I found out differently. The friends Mom doesn't even care that our daughters weren't there, so she is not much help. I don't know where my daughter is right now. When she comes home, I am going to tell her she cannot stay anywhere from now on. (she did this one other time and was grounded) I am prepared for a big fight from her, and she will probably leave without my permission. I am going to tell her that I will report her as a runaway.

However, then I have no clue what will happen next (if I get the law involved)

She might turn the story on me and say she is abused. (Which of course she is not) but she plays the role of the victim well, and threatened to call CPS another time when I put my foot down.

Her BF is 19 and lives in a bordering state, but is it against the law if he takes her across state lines? She is (17) and other people seem to think that would not be against the law because she is over 16.

So my questions are.

Is a relationship between a 17 yr old and 19 yr old legal?

What happens when a 17 yr old is reported as a run away?

Does CPS automatically believe a teenager who plays the victim?

Well from personal expierence i spent 3 years pulling the same crap as your dauhgter and yes the law was involved because of my own mistakes. It might be a good thing to let the law become involved because she is out of control and needs help. I went to jail quite a few times for 9 months each time and i finally learned my lesson. It depends on what state u live in for the relationship issue. In FLA its 16-24 is legal. So im pretty sure she is legally allowed to date someone 19 if she is 17. When a minor is reported as a runaway the cops will look for her and bring her back home when they find her. If she comes back home before they find her, you must call them and tell them and they have to come to your house and see your daughter face to face to make sure she is really home so they can discontinue the search. And sometimes depending on the case and the minors behavior they will or will not believe a teen to plays a victim. In the end "what ever is in the dark will eventually come to the light" so pray about this and leave it in gods and the cops hands because if she wont listen to you there isnt much that you can do. Hey I am going threw a horrible brake up and I had this dream. I believe that dreams mean alot. I always have a dream that hints to whats going to happen, but I cant figure this one out.

In the dream I was listen to my brother and x talking on the phone, I was using the phone in my room and my brother was in his. As I listened I felt very sad and was breathing heavy but away from the phone so they wouldnt hear. My x was inviting my brother to go on a trip, my brother said ok I think. Finally I went into my brothers room and asked What happened what he say? what happened? Then he said Oh I'm going and tia(thats out aunt incase you odnt know spanish) can come too. My mom was also in the room. Oh and my brother was hiding under the covers if that means anything.

Please help, do you know what this dream could mean?!?

I went to wal mart and got 2 things of non permanent hair dye.

The one brand is LOREAL Color pulse mousse. I got it in Iced coffee just to see what my hair would look like. I wanted to know if it really DOES wash out. i would hate to have my hair like that for more than a week. lol and i was also wondering if you ever tried it? What was youre experiences


One more question:
I also go CLAIROL Herbal essences Color flirt mousse. It says it washes out in 8-10 days. And i got black. It also says Sparkling low risk haircolor.I got the color midnight twinkle(black) I was wondering if anyone used this? experiences? yay or nay? lol

My worries are it wont wash out and will damage my hair. Although, they both say NO AMMONIA AND PEROXIDE.

I have been haveing really weird dreams latey. like last night it was that i was at my neighbors house and they had chips and i ate them and i felt horrible after become [im on a diet] and so then after that i realy dont reamember what happened but people left me behind.. so then i could not find my mom and i drove her car into the lake. it doesnt really make sence i know but most of them im left behind. witch i dont really understand. can someone help me out??

I bought this whipcream that's in a can that has a nozzle. The first time i tried, the whipcream came out, and now it doesn't, but I have no idea why. It says if you bend the nozzle, it comes out, so I did it and last time it was perfectly fine, but this time, I can't get the whipcream to come out. Please help.

Did u let all of the air out? Cause sometimes if u let all the air out the wipped cream wont come out. Double check if theres any air in it left...

Ok so there a guy i've known for a year and he's gonna be moving like 2 hours away...anyway soo im in love with this guy and we have done other things but i got a urinary tract infection which obviously has nothing to do with your "other" parts...But ya so anyway do you think i could still have sex with a urinary tract infection cuz im going to the doctor to get antibiotics but this guy will be gone for good by then.

I have a lot of trouble finding a bathing suit that fits me. I have a very large bust (D) and I am most comfortable wearing tankinis. However, all of the bathing suits I have tried on are wayyyy too small in the bust. Any suggestions for a bathing suit that is good for my body type, and preferably 35$ or under? Thank you!

OMG i have the same problem. One thing you can do is goto any store that sells bikinis, find a cute one and then keep the bottoms and switch the top to a bigger size. Thats what I do. Hope I helped!
