Okay, so! I'm 15/female and I met this guy last week and he seems pretty cool. He likes me and all, and I like him too. It's just that, I dont like him like boyfriend/girlfriend. Prom is coming up next month. well, its normal, it cleans your "down there" out. use a mini or maxi daily! but not a tampon becuse if you use one w/o your paroidy ou increas the risk of TSS. your period will probably be coming soon. most girls get this before their inital peroid, and then from then on.

I need to get in shape for this summer-like so bad..I've tried almost everything..Dieting and crunches didn't help..eating less and less didn't help..Not eating for almost a whole day didn't help..and I couldn't really keep up with the eating healthy thing..I just want to look greeaattt in a bikini for this summer..Does anyone know any ways to get in shape? okay, dont stop eating! that doesnt help!
keep up with those crunches and try walking around your neighborhood, bike riding, roller blading, skateboarding, ect. also playing other sports such as, football, hockey, tennis, lacross, field hockey, soccer, and baseball or softball will help!
eat 3 good sized meals a day! and make sure that they are healthy!
or 5 smaller, but healthy, meals a day!
the results take some time!
also, if you still attend school, and your school has a weight room, see if you can stay after school and work there! when i went to the weight room at my school, it helped a lot!!

there are these girls..Paty and jessica. okay well paty and jessica ALWAYS get mad at me for no reason. i sweat alot under my arms even though i put on deoderant.The docoter gave me better stuff to use but i still sweat is there anything i can do so i wont sweat there? i rate!!!
i have the same problem! i use a LOT of deoderent @ night and in the morning, adn then some @ school! Also, try useig these whipes by dove, they come in packs of 15 for around 3$ ! they like whipe of the sweat, after using it, put on more deoderent.
