My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I just moved in to a house in Lake Park, NC. I have lived here for a week and I like this girl that lives across the street. I don't have the nerve to ask her out. Can someone tell me a good way to ask her out.

Don't ask her out right away. I mean, she doesn't even know you or anything about you so it would be akward. When you see her just introduce yourself and start a coversation. Keep talking to her and once you guys get to know each other a bit better then ask her out.

My best friend is really pretty and always gets guys. Yesterday me & here were hanging out with 3 guys and one of them liked her and had his arm around her and the other one was pretty much all over her and sent her a message on myspace that night that said, "Youre really pretty. We should hang out soon - you me and dave." And he totally didnt include me. I asked her if I seemed weird/annoying because I usually act ditzy around guys and she said that I did great and that I was not ditzy at ALL. If I was so good, why arent these guys giving me the time of day?? I know Im a really jealous person and Ive already talked to my mom and best friend about how I feel about the situation. What do I do :( Ive never had a boyfriend and its starting to bother me because every guy likes my best friend..

It's not your fault and there isn't anything wrong with that. It's the guys. They like certain types of girls and they have types. You will find a boy friend but just don't rush into it. You should be flirty and just talk and have fun. Be yourself and if the guy doesn't like you for you, he's not worth it. Being jelous is also normal. Don't feel about yourself just because some guys aren't all over you like they are on your best friend. Like I said, it all depends on the guy. I'm assuming that you're still really young so you are defenetlly going to have plenty of time mingeling (sp) with guys. =)

You should of been more specific with your question and please use better grammar next time. Anyways, it's normal if it hurts you. Not to sound gross, but before you have sex again, have him finger you for a bit so you could get "streched" out so it's easier for you.

Nothing is wrong with you, at least it seems normal. Did you recently get of your period? If so, it could be because of that. If not, it could be that you're getting your period. If you keep getting that, maybe calling your doctor would be the best thing.

I think you answered your own question in a way. There shouldn't be a schedule on when you guys are going to do things. The first time someone asked me a question about this whole schedule thing I didn't understand it and I still don't. Not to sound kocky or something, but you guys should do something whenever you're ready. I don't really understand what you mean by doing something new. In what way? Just take the relationship slow. Day by day and things will be fine. Be there for each other and love each other like you have been. Understand that there will be people trying to destroy your relationship and there are going to be lies but if you guys truley care about one another, you wouldn't let it get to you. When you guys have arguments, don't break up. Sometimes, they're healthy for couples. It's not good keepings things inside so always be honest. Very normal. When you lay down, the flow isn't as heavy. Not to worry. But if you're really concearned (sp) call your doctor.

In your picture you say that you have almost no makeup on. You are gorgous without it, so why wear it ? Not trying to sound rude. I just never understood why girls that were naturally gorgous wore makeup.

I know that you're not trying to be rude and I respect your honesty but when it comes to make up and my face, I'm weird about that. I feel naked without make up. The situation that you're in is tough. It's hard being in love with two different guys, but are you sure you "love" them? This is hard for me to answer because I really don't know what to tell you because no one can make a decision for you but yourself. You say you love them both but it's not fair to eather one of them. Think about it for a while and see what you want. If I were you, I would stay with your boyfriend. I mean, you say you love him, he treats you like a princess and he's perfect so why trade that for someone who treats you like crap? Think about that.

I know that you're confused and all but that's normal. A lot of people wonder about their sexuality. You might be bi but even if you are, I don't want you to feel bad or guilty about it. Why would she hate you? You should just be honest with your feelings and don't try to make them go away. Just expirience things until you find out what you really are. Don't be in a rush or anything. Take the time and don't worry about what other people think. There are always going to be haters.

Sometimes, summers can be boring but you should try to do anything to keep busy. Being infront of a computer for a really long time is no good. Go places with friends. Invite them over. Go out with your family. Play a sport. Go to a camp? Go swimming. Clean your house. Walk your dog.. if you have one. Work out. Read a book, and yes it actually speeds up time but find something you like to read. Draw. Write, perhaps a journal? Listen to music. Write music? Look through old pictures. Make a scrap book. Go outside. Do chores. Basiclly, do anything to keep busy. Have fun.

Honestly, meeting people online isn't the best thing you should do. I also know how you feel about the urge to have a boy friend but don't rush into it. Try going to different places with your friends and meet different guys. It's hard to find a good guy when you have a certain type you want. Just mingle around until you actually like someone. When you do, do whatever you can to make the relationship to work.

can you listen to ipods in tanning beds ?

Where I go tanning, their sign said not to bring anything in. You can listen to it but when my friend did, she got a line from where the head phones were. Usually, in tanning salons they play the radio but you can still listen to your iPod even though it's not the best thing. Ask someone who works there for sure.
