My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

If you're happy with the way you look then why should other people's opinions matter? You're not ugly and you know you're not so I honestly think that posting this question was pointless.

You can do that with a paid account. It's $10 a year but also, try contacting DN and ask him if he might be able to help you out. I also don't like mine and I want to change it.

I heard sme feedback from my friends that although in porn girls like crazy 11 inch dicks, in real life the girls I talked to say that all they feel is pain when guys with 7 to 8 inch dicks have sex with them.They can't really feel pleasure but just a painful feeling and it also is harder for them to blow, and it's a disadvantage for the guy as well because he won't get to have his whole dick covered.

While some girls in my class said that guys with relatively small, maybe 4 to 5 inch dicks are good because they hit the g-spot which happens to be where the head of the dick goes to, so in other words, it's like a joystick.So which is it?I'm confused.

Have you ever noticed that the people who think they're popular are only popular among their friends? Also, being popular isn't about what clothes you wear or who you hang out with. It's about being nice to everyone and everyone liking you for that. If they don't want to be friends with you, it's not your fault. They're probablly snobby anyways and I don't think that you're doing anything wrong with getting guys. All you have to do is be flirty and fun. Guys like when you give them attention and just be yourself.

okay so i have this boyfriend. i like him a lot...but he lives one town over from me. i only get to see him like once every 3 months. what should i do?

I know it's hard not seeing each other every day but if you guys really like each other, you will try to make this relationship work. Try to make a plan on when you guys can see each other more often. Not everyone can go through with that but if you guys want to make the relationship work, you'll try your hardest. Sometimes, things might not always work out so if something happens, don't blame it on yourself.

My eye-lashes are extremly long, the problem is they clump together. To prevent this I wear mascara (I don't really need it, I just use it for the latter purpose). Snce my eyelashes are so long, it takes them a good 5 minutes to dry. I can't go with out blinking for 5 minutes so every time I blink it gets all over my face, which is a pain to get get off and ruins the rest of my makeup. My question is... does clear mascara really work? Or does anybody know some really fast fast fast drying mascara? thanks!!!

Clear mascara does work. A good brand is by Maybelline and they also have clear mascara that is waterproof. :]

Okay so my father thinks he can just destroy our house completely and then fix it up all by himeself. so my qindows in my room are falling apart and he decides to rip up all the grass and build a patio. and whenever i complain to my mother she just tells me to go away. what can i do?????

Let your dad do his job. Your mother knows what's going on and I don't think she really wants to hear the complains. Just keep quiet and wait until he's done with everything. Complaining won't do you any good.

On myspace a band sent me a friend request and I accepted it. I clicked onto their profile and I loved their music! They arn't a popular band, they are just starting out so I clicked onto their pictures to see what they looked like. One of the members of the band, his name is Linzy, caught my eye. The second I saw his picture I fell in love. He's not even that cute, but he's all I can think about. On the page it listed all of their screen names so I IMed Linzy and I talked to him for an hour. I told him I loved him and I wrote him a poem and I told him hes sexy and I want to be his girlfriend, and first off these things just slipped out, I started typing them and I couldn't stop myself. And second of all I don't even know him and I'm randomly obsessed. I asked him for his personal myspace and I sent him a friend request. I sent him a total of like 10 messages and comments in 3 hours. I commented all of his pictures saying "your so hot and sexy." This guy is 5 years older then me and he smokes weed, and I don't know how I can love him but I just do. I found out he has a girlfriend, and I got soooooo jealous. I don't even know him and every single person that left him a comment on myspace, I got sooo jealous for no reason. I can't stop leaving him comments saying I love him. I asked him if he liked me, and he said well I never even met you. When Linzy is not online I talk to all of the other people in his band and I ask them about Linzy. What his interests are, what he does for fun and stuff. They seriously must think I'm a freak. I dream about him and think about him all the time, and the most I've seen of him is a freakin PICTURE. I tried deleting his screen name and deleted his myspace and the band's so I could get over him, but then 10 seconds later I added his screen name again because I missed him. I don't know why I'm so obsessed when 1. I don't know him, 2. He's not cute, 3. He's alot older then me. I'm soooooo obsessed I tell all my friends about him and stuff. And him and his band have a concert that's coming right near where I live and I already bought tickets. I don't know why I'm so obssessed with him, when the other people in his band are way cuter. He's the uglyest one. And I don't like him because of his personality, because hes got the most boring personality in the world and he's soooo shy. How could he be the "one" for you if you don't think he's cute and you think his personality sucks? That's just rude and then you go and say that he is soo hot. Do you even know what you want and not to sound rude, but it's not "love". Guys hate when girls obsess over them and you have a problem with that. I seriously have no idea why you're so obsessed. Only you can figure that out. I also don't think that God is trying to hint you that Linzy is Mr.Right. Anyways, you need to stop talking all bad things on him. I personaly don't think that you think he's all that ugly or that his personality is boring. I mean there has to be something that you liked about him that made you get like this. So, stop going on the computer. You'll have plenty of time for it so just go out and keep yourself busy. Try meeting other guys even if you don't think it will help you forget a little about Linzy. Have fun and maybe you'll figure out everything in a little. Don't rush about your feelings.

okay, im 5'3 and i weigh about 184. fat i knoww. but i was wondering would this work --

run for 15 minutes a day.
walk for an hour.
cut out soda & only drink water.
eat fruits & vegetables.

how much weight do you think i would lose each week? and do you have any other tips.

Your plan seems pretty good but don't forget to get your fats, starches & meats in. Instead of drinking water, you can also drink flavored water. It tastes like juice but it's 0 calories. Also, instead of getting a serving of veggies or fruits, you can drink 8 oz. of V8 juice. Always eat breakfast and try to have a cup of milk. Don't ever skip meals and do your exercise every day. If you just stop, it might be hard for your body to get used to it again so do it daily. Stick to it and the faster you do the faster you will get the results you want.

okay well the other day my best friend whitney was talking to my other best friend jael on the fone...im closser to whitney but like them both. and jael told whitney that one of my friends was talking about me behind my back saying i was annyoing and stuff. of course being a good friend whitney told me..i wanted to know who it was so i confronted jael...we got into this huge argument cuz she woiuldnt tell me who was talking about me. i told her that it was bad that the person was talkin about me but it was worse knowing that she was letting it happen. she told me that shes just keeping her word to the other person but its really bothering me....please help!

Sorry it took me a while to answer your question. Anyways, it seems like she is just trying to be a good friend by not getting in the middle of the situation. She promised the other person she wouldn't say anything, so she is keeping her word. I know it's wrong, but you shouldn't make her tell you. Try not to worry about that. It's useless drama that you don't need to get involved with. Who cares if someone is talkig about you. They're not even worth it. I know it's bothering you and all, but you have to learn to get over stupid things like that.

All you have to do is get a background. Find something you like & save it. Go to photobucket.com and get the URL code. Go to Column Settings and paste the URL code and there. Put cute font colors and you'll have a cute column. =]

Everyone says American Eagle is the best store, but personally I hate it. All of their t-shirts are basically the same things with different words and colors. A lot of their clothes are really bad quality. I bought a cami from there once and I only wore it once and a HUGE hole ripped and I wasn't even running around or anything. It may be a little cheaper then Abercrombie & Fitch or Hollister, but atleast if you buy something from A&F or Hollister, you know the clothes are going to last. American Eagle's clothes arn't the most attractive things, and they look cheap. What do you think about AE?

I'm not a big fan of American Eagle. They have nice clothes for guys and they are much better quality than girl clothes. I don't know why, but it's just like that. I hate their t-shirts and they rip after a while. I don't personaly hate ALL of their clothes, but they do have some nice things that last a while. I'm just not a big fan of the store.

Oh my lord!!! Someone hacked onto my account and asked a question in my column that said my friend was going to commit suicide because she was ugly!!! I did not write that and the question is not even true!!!! I don't even know who that girl is in the picture!!!! So shes not even my friend and I didn't write that question!!!! Please don't believe that question!!!! My question is I want to find out who hacked my account and wrote that question, so how do I find out? My password is not easy to uncode so I don't know how they did it!! I'm scared because I don't want that person to stalk me. If any of you answered that question that talked about my friend being ugly, please leave hate mail to the answer of it. I repeat, I would never write a question like that.

Asking us to write hate mail to that person is real immature. I know what they did might really piss you off, but we can't do anything about it. Report and abuse to DN and he will do something about it.

Of course there are but none of them actually work. If your hair is in healthy condition and you waste it every 2-3 days it will grow faster. Just keep it healthy and use heat protection sprays.

No, you're not fat. If you want to lose 10 pounds do it because you want to feel better about yourself and do it healthy. Even though you don't need to, you'll still look great.

Hey anybody who reads this. I just wanted everybody to know that the user "ShannonBond" is fake. I personally know Shannon Bond and this girl is NOT her! She's faking Shannon Bond and using her pictures, when really this girl IS NOT her. Please Advicenators, DELETE HER PROFILE! That should not be acceptable for people to have fake pictures of other people, and pretend to be them. THAT'S JUST WRONG!

hey everyone. well, here's my question. My daddy moved out of our house (( my parents aren't divorced he just got a job somewhere else and my mom couldn't get out of her contract)) anyway, ever since, i've been sleeping in my moms bed with her, i dont know why, i just do. and if she wont let me, i'll stay up all night until she wakes up to get in her bed. does anyone have an idea whats wrong with me?

Nothing is wrong with you. I think that you just don't want your mom to be lonely and that's a good thing. You just want to be there for her but sometimes you have to realize that she might be fine. Just try to sleep in your own bed for a few nights and maybe you'll figure out what the deal is.

I've never been fingered and I don't plan on it for atleast a few years from now but, I'm still curious about it. Some people tell me it hurts and some say it's the BEST feeling in the world. Which one is right? Does it only hurt the first time or does it never hurt or does it always feel good? Please explain to me what it's like the first time you get fingered and the 2nd and 3rd and stuff and if it gets more or less painful.

It doesn't matter on how many times you get fingered. If the guy doesn't do it right, it will hurt you. Some guys are rough with it and fast but it all depends on how you want to feel and how you like it. It shouldn't hurt you. It should feel good.
