You're still putting yourself at risk if your mouth comes into contact with an infected penis at any time.
Same as your vagina, anus, even eyes..
It doesn't matter how long you do it for, as his secretions are still probably present.
It depends on the type of infection/disease the person has, too.
If you believe you've been in contact with an infected person, get yourself checked.

The cigarettes are probably irritating your mouth. Not surprising with the amount of crap in them.
Or, you might have small cuts in your mouth you might not even know about which the cigarettes are aggravating, and adding toothpaste will just make it sting.
If you can't quit smoking, try a different toothpaste or just learn to put up with it.

Assuming you're talking about a penis, an erection is when the erectile tissue becomes filled with blood, causing the penis to become hard.
Basically, an erect penis is a hard penis.

Alright, so I've had my belly button ring for over a year now. It has developed a small bump of puss next to it. It hurts and I can pop it, but it comes back.

I don't think it's a keloid. I had one on my nostril piercing.
These bumps are common and can be caused by a few reasons.
What you shouldn't do is pop it, but you already have, so never mind.
Apply a hot (not too hot, obviously) compress to it for about 15 minutes, 3/4 times a day.
Apply tea tree oil directly on it twice a day. This stuff is great. It makes the pus rise to the surface without damaging the area (like you damage it when you pop it).
You might not see results straight away. Give it up to a month. It varies for different people.
If you see no changes, another reason why the bump may be there is because the jewelry is either bad quality or the placement is bad. Change it if it doesn't improve.
They're quite common to get with piercings and although they don't look very good, it's nothing to really worry about and unless it gets infected with complications, there's no need to retire your piercing.

I have a couple of questions regarding cartilage piercings.

#1- what is the best way to take care of the piercing for faster healing and no infections?

#2- I used a gun that I purchased sterilized at a store. When can I change the stud to something smaller?

I just got another cartilage piercing 3 weeks ago.

1. DO NOT put anything antibacterial on your fresh piercing, or rubbing alcohol etc. It might seem like a good idea, but it can clog it up, make it go dry and give you an infection. ALL you need to do for the next 3 months is clean it with warm water and salt twice a day. When you get up and before you go to bed. DO NOT touch it at any other time.

2. Okay, the gun was a bad idea. but what's done is done.
Cartilage piercings take about 3 months to heal - maybe longer.
I was advised to change mine when the 3 months is up. You should do the same.

What do you mean he's "kinda" your boyfriend. He either is or he isn't. If he's not your boyfriend and you're just seeing him, it means he's not committed to you, so he might see other people.
There is no real way anyone here can know, I'm afraid. Don't just jump to conclusions from Facebook, though. Keep your eyes and ears open and use your common sense. If you see or hear anything dodgy, talk to him about it. If you aren't convinced, then you know what you have to do.

About shaving your legs, just do it when you're ready. Try a patch first to make you realize it doesn't hurt. Remember to go slow and steady. If you don't, you can cut yourself. Make sure the razor is sharp, too.
A nice trick is to apply conditioner for your hair onto your legs before you shave. It will make them really smooth and easier for the razor to glide across.
It's not itchy when it grows back if you do it right.
As for your arms.. I wouldn't really shave them. Try more permanent ways like waxing if you don't like hair there.

If you grew quite quickly, then yes, that's probably the cause. You're right though, other causes are gaining and losing weight (did you do either?), depression (yes, really), lack of nutrients...
Also, I've used bio oil, and I can tell you, you definitely won't see changes in a week anyway. Not even a few weeks. Maybe after a month or 2 you'll start to see slight changes. Don't forget to massage it into your skin, too. Keep it up, because I found it was great stuff for scars which I had.
You could try using cocoa butter, by massaging that into your skin, also.
Don't forget, hydrating your body is very important, so drink enough water and if you can, moisturize.
Remember, stretch marks can fade within time. Most people have them. and it's nothing to be ashamed about.
