You can't MAKE anyone do anything, unfortunately.
All you can do is put yourself out there and hope they notice you and begin to like you.
If you like someone, talk to them. Get to know them better and go out places. Then you'll be able to see if they're into you. Whatever happens after just comes naturally.
Sorry it's not what you wanted to hear, but you should learn that you can't miraculously make someone like you and want to kiss you.

well im sorry to say, you cant just make someone like you.
you could dress nice or something tomake them notice you... But remember always stay true to yourself. dont try to be someone your not, and someone out there will like you for who you are.
