If you have sucked a guys dick for literally two seconds & stopped, how at risk are you for an std?
Does it lower your chances because it wasn't as long?

You're still putting yourself at risk if your mouth comes into contact with an infected penis at any time.
Same as your vagina, anus, even eyes..
It doesn't matter how long you do it for, as his secretions are still probably present.
