it could hurt..but you could also not...just depends..you get tense and it will hurt worse...but chances are if you are a virgin then it will hurt...use a condom...

ive been told that unless your comfortable and really ready, it wont hurt. because you'll tense up if your scared, making the muscles tight and therefore it hurting more. so try to be relaxed =]

May I also add, if you're so sure he's the one, what problem do you have with waiting? You need to realize the consequences if it got out, for example, your parents wouldn't be too pleased with you. and if he is at a legal age to have sex already, he could get into serious trouble.
