My dad passed away when I was 6 but my mom left him when I was 4. I never. Got know my dad well enough and I didn't even get to go to his funeral but I recently found out from his side of the family that I have an older brother all I know about him is his moms name and that her and my dad were married and my brothers name but me an him dnt have the same last name and how old he is any suggestions on how to find him?? Ohkay, so would anybody know about rib pains?
I get really random sharp pains right wherr my ribs are and below, they come pretty randomly anytime of hour, day, week, month, whatever. And it lasts about 30 seconds, then stops then like a minute later happen again. ANdd it hurts really bad =/ it makes me wnaa stop breathing until it goes away.
Does anybody know whyy?

what you have i think is muscle twitching.i have it too and its really hurts.makes you stop what your doing and freeze.its alittle similar to a muecle cramp except its just a small twitch.when it happens just stay calm and breathe as slow as possible if it hurts then stop the breathing then try breathing slowly again.it happens to alot of people but i could be wrong

i live in new zealand and the legal age to move out is 16 with or without parents consent.i think youd have similar laws over there.
just make sure you are making the right decision.talk to them first about it in a reasonable way try to make them understand first before jjust walking out.before you move out makew sure you have a long term plan first.

I met my husband when I was 17 and just coming out of a really bad relationship. We ended up getting married and having children.
Since we have been married I have had two emotional affairs with male friends, one about 6 years ago and one about 4 years ago. Honestly at firt it was all about the attention. I crave the rush of knowing that someone is interested in me even though I love my husband and I don't want to leave him. I eventually told my husband about the affairs and he is being as supportive as he can be. I never had sex with either of them (I did kiss them however) and I never really had the intention of consumating the relationship but on the other hand I really believed I was in love with the second one. The problem is this happens with any close male friend I have. I think that I have a serious mental issue because no matter how much my husband adores me I still crave more (other people to be interested in me, etc..) I don't want to be like this and remembering what I did to my husband kills me inside. I constantly live with the guilt and the shame and even though I have been completely honest with him (I told him that I told the second one I loved him and we kissed and he forgives me) I am scared to death that it could happen again. I don't want to be unfaithful in any way and so far i've been doing ok since the last one ended but I really need help. I do not want to continue to hurt him. How can I stop this cycle? Therapy? Medication? I completely cut any male friends out of my life already and I have no desire to form any kind of bond with any guy. This is killing me inside. Please offer any advice you can. (link)

seems to me your on the right track.i mean any girl would love the attention so that she can feel beautiful and cared for.
what your doing is good.cutting off all tiesd with any male friends is the best option.if you ever get the urge to become unfaithful then you need to think deeply into what your doing.think about your husband and all the years hes stood by you.think about the good times you had with him as well as the times hes been there for you and forgiven you for all the hurtful things youv done to him.remember that hes the man you wnat to be with for the rest of your life and by being and faithfuln it will sabatage all of this.everything you worked upto will be thrown away.think fo your childrena dn how much theyd hate you to know your kissing another man holding another man's hand thats not their father's.
on top of this i really think you and your husband need to go out on your own more.spend more time together away from the children and feel 17 again.you need to rebuild that passion and intimacy before it dies off.feed your love,feed it to the fullest so it doesnt starev and die out.

I'm having an issue.
Whenever I go shopping for pants/jeans, I have a hard time finding my size. I'm 5 feet, size 3 around the waist, and I have to look in the petite section whenever I go shopping.
The problem is, not every store I go to even as a petite section... and the ones that DO never have a great selection. They always have jeans like the ones I already have.
My question is (and it may be a weird one), but are there any online stores that I can order pants by entering my height or something? So it'd definite that they won't be too long or too short for me?
Anyone else have this issue? Pants are either too long or two short for me and I'm getting sick of having to hem them :/

Hey im 18 male, just started seeing a girl (19 y'o')
So iv been seeing this girl, our freinds sort of set us up kind of as a joke. (like they said "wouldnt it be funny if you both hit it off") its an inside joke. but anyways we kinda did at first i thought hey she seems pretty cool. we saw eachother quite a bit afterwards, im shy as hell around pretty girls and even more so if i like them so im kinda having trouble with this.

saying that i dont want me and the girl im seeing now to be a rebound relationship. me and my ex broke up just before the school year kicked in last september so its been a fair bit of time since i last saw and spoke to her.

i see her freind (rach) and her boyfriend who is my freind (Matt) alot as well, im seeing matt tommorow to go skating but ill be seeing rach a bit later on through the day. Emma (the girl im seeing) may not be able to make it to a get together we planned tommorow night so she may not be there. should i talk to rach about it? (rach is very dependable and wont tell her anything if i ask her not to untill iv talked to her) should i chat it with her, she knows emma way better than i do or matt does.

heeyyy!ok im just going to get straight into it...your problem is pretty obvious.your not over your ex.youv been comparing your ex to this girl that your with and you see your ex to be better than her so your not liking her because she isnt better than your ex.you need to stop looking for someone thats going to treat you like your ex or someone that looks like your ex or anything like that because your not going to find someone like that.
you need to fully get over your ex or else its not fair to emma.your not giving emma a fair chance because you still have feelings for your ex.
You can do two things.give emma a chance to show you that you can fall for her.For this to happen you need to stop thinking about your ex and just move on and live your life.trust emma and give her the attention she deserves from her new bf and if it doesnt work out let her know because its normal for a relationship to not work out.just as long as your being honest with her.
the other option is that you can break up with Emma.be fair to her from the start and wait until you find a girl that does make you feel the way you did when you were with your ex.once you find her it will show that your ovver ur ex and ready to move on.

I've had diarrhea on and off for a few weeks now, I know that's a sign for medical attention, but I can't right now. It started right after I finished an antibiodic a Z-pac, and I had a yeast infection they gave me a pill for that too. I don't know if I'm lacking some bacteria that I need in my digestive track or something. I've eaten yogurt in the morning, I've taken the anti-diarrhea pills. Nothing is really helping, does anyone know anything else I can try that would probably help??

k ill get straight into it...youghurt can cause diarrhea and can also sheild your teeth from any bacteria entering the mouth and can clean your digestive system.
are you eating alot of vagetables and fruits because that can also cause diarrhea as well as herbal teas like chamomile and green tea...
to stop the diarrhea you can eat more bread and drink red tea (the nnormal kind of tea.if its on and off then i wouldnt be too worried just yet.id be worried if youd need to go to the bathroom everyday more than once for it.sounds to me youv been eating all the healthy foods which can diarrhea because theyr high in vitamins and minerals and help flush your system out of any infections.
i hope this helps just aim on eating foods that will abosord any liquids in your body and try no to eat liquid foods...water might be one of the causes your getting diarrhea aswell.give your body a rest and aim to drink tea without sugar as well as breads and sandwiches and pasta etc

I was a coke addict among other drugs but coke was a huge issue for me. I have been smoking weed since I was 11 years old.My reason is to help with depression and bipolar which I have been diagnosed with. Well I quit when I went to rehab due to drug tests. I started having horrible craving for coke again and decided that smoking would substantially curb my cravings and help relax me from the stress. My bf found out and then said he wanted to break up with me. I love him so much and he means a lot to me but smoking to me is really important. My mom said she cut down her smoking when she learned to manage her depression and she believes that I will too. I just don't know what to do about him. What do I say?
