Q: ok well i have been deprest for a year now but i also self harm i cut,bang my head and bit my self i di all this because it helps releave all the pain but fot the past 3days i havent eaten or drank anythin because the site of it makes my heave and be sick i dont know what to do anymore please help i am femail aged 18.

I have this same problemm. But for a much lonqer time period.
Pain doesnt help it makes it worse.
(from personal experience)
if you can stop STOP before it qets worse.
Even if you cant stand the site of food you should try eaten atleast 1 bite just close your eyes and hold your nose.
and dont worry bout dyslexia.(:

you have that feeling becausee its a possibility. Its like your conshience. And it doesnt matter if he pulled outt or used a condom there is always pre-cum. And yes pregnancy is a possibility. And you mite be tired and peeing alot because your getten your period because thats siqns of that too. But within 2 or 3 weeks, if you dont get your period. take a pregnancy test.

I wouldnt jump to conclusions rite away. It takes 48hours for sperm to fertilize an egg. You cant get pregnant everynite. If it doesnt come within a week you should either go to your doctor and tell him/her or you should take a pregnancy test. But once again dont panic. And dont jump to conclusions. It could just simply be latee.

The lonqer you dont tell her the more mad your mom will get. You should sit her down and tell her. Then tell her how much you like him and that he respects you. Be passive tho. If she gets mad and you get defensive it makes it worse. And 2yrs is not a big age difference at all so maybe she wont flip out.Also let her meet him.
