Ok, there is this guy who I'm totally crushing on, and he is really hott! I dont have any classes with him but I pass him in the hall and he rides my bus. Well soon i found out he was one of the most popular guys in school. Wich sucks beucase it lowers my chances of gettin with him. Try this if you can: find a mutual friend if the two of you have one, someone who knows both of you. If that person will, and you can trust him/her then somehow you could make an excuse to talk to the guy you like, like have that person introduce you guys, then after that you have an excuse to wave hello everyday and get to talking. This worked for me once back in H.S. and I am still in touch with the person. Good luck, hope this advice could work for you!!

There's this guy that I'm going out with, and he likes me alot, and I like him too. However, I know this girl who is not really my friend but sits at our table at lunch, and she isn't very pretty. Anyways, this girl and my boyfriend have a class together, and my friend told me later that the girl was flirting with my boy! She would ask him in a fakishly sweet voice if she could borrow something or other, etc. She also says hi to him whenever she sees him. My boyfriend doesn't like her at all and always ignores her whenever he can. What can I do to stop her from flirting with my guy? (link)

Go ahead and let her flirt if it does no harm towards you and your guys relationship. If he doesn't flirt back and can care less if she is flirting, don't do anything about it. But if she is starting to cause some real problems then approach her about it if you have to.

There is this guy I'm going out with, and theres also this girl that is kind of my friend, though I find her annoying sometimes. Anyways, before we were going out, my friends all dared me to go hug the guy, because everyone knew he liked me. Hugging is no big deal to me, so I did. The other girl went up to me and told me never to hug him again. I asked her why, and she said, "Just don't." So I just shrugged and went away. Some time after that, he asked me out, and the day after we went to a museum on a field trip. My boyfriend bought me a necklace and it was very pretty. I didn't want to make him think I didn't like him, so I pretty much wore it every day. After a week, the girl told me never to wear the necklace again. I asked her why, and she said "Because it bothers me." I got kind of pissed but stayed under control and kept wearing the necklace. The girl obviously likes my man, or she's just jealous that she doesn't have one. How can I tell her that I don't want her butting in all the time? I don't want to cause any fights.

You can be like, "Um, yeah, I don't know what your deal is, but you will not tell me what to do, or what not to do. If you have something to say, say it to me!" ...something along those lines. The only thing to do really is ask her in your own way why she suggests those things instead of you just walking away when she does. Get some answers. Try to understand her as a friend (even though she's annoying) and then go from there!!:) But you ARE right to continue on with your man despite her demands.

Okay. This is what I go through, about once a month, sometimes more/less frequently. I start changing. I really don't know what it is, it's hard to explain. But I'll try.
It feels like my heart is becoming empty. Like I'm becoming hungry, or like I'm enraged, or like I'm in love (they all feel the same to me.) You know, that feeling. In my heart. It feels like something is trying to change me from the inside, like trying to change my personality. My personality is weird. I think differently. I have no mental problems. O__o;;
I'm thinking that maybe my way if thinking is correct and maybe....God....doesn't want me to know whatever it is I know. Anyway. Back to what happens. The first time it happened, at my friends house, I started getting the feeling and for some reason I knew what was happening almost immediately. I started crying and pounding my chest really hard and saying "Don't change....don't change...." And I was grabbing anything to pound my heart with, I almost went for the silverware ;_;
My friend was really concerned xD I don't think she had any clue what was happening.
The second time, just recently, this happened again, only it wasn't as strong. I have gotten rather good at fighting it. But then it felt like there was a pressure in my head...like something was gently squeezing it.
This isn't puberty. This is something weird happening to me and if it has happened to anyone else I would like to know. I would also like to add that I am not insane. This is a FEELING, not a twisted thought or action. My apologies for the length of this question. (link)

Because this is such a strange and unusual emotion to feel, (probably not many people who read this will be able to relate), you need to ask this question to an online psychiatrist who is free. It can be hard to find sometimes but go to google and advanced search and type in "free psychiatric advice" or something to that matter and see who could help you out because I wouldn't be able to begin to explain to you what's going on. I don't know how many people here will be able to help you except to reccomend you get professional help, not because of a chance of psychoness or anything, but because this is an unusual matter. Or maybe you have insurance and can see a real psychiatrist doctor, or see your school counselor. All these confusing negative and positive imbalances of feeling empty, hungry, angry, and loving all at the same time could signal the early stages of a personality disorder. Good luck, I hope this weird experience passes with no problems.

You need to go ahead and do what you please. At first your friend may not like it or whatever, but if she's a good friend, after some time when she starts seeing how happy he makes you, she'll be happy too. Go ahead and go for it, and give your friend time.

Hey, aright well I have posted questions about my ex-boyfriend (at the time). Anyway this has to do with him. Well like on Friday on his birthday I started to go bak out with him, and once ppl started to kno about it they called us the ever lasting couple and I was happy about that cuz the first time we started to go out we lasted for 6 months. There will always be obstacles in the road as with every relationship. The question lies where how each of you handles a bumpy road. People have always said to accept who your are and embrace your sexuality. Well, I am a homosexual (lebian). I have no problem in knowing that baout myself. The trouble is, hhow do I know if other women are as well? In society, generally, everyone assumes that everyone else is straight and it's considered rude to think otherwise unless they have told you otherwise. Good question. I guess you would first come off as just friendly like normal. Then things might have to be taken a little slower than say a guy hitting on a girl. Go into small talk with a little flirty eye contact (a little). Then you could see if things are comfortable enough to work your way into friendship and so on. I guess it's a lot harder to be direct, that would be the downfall I suppose. Try to go to an atmosphere like a gay bar or something if you don't already, or online dating. Hope I could be of some help.

I know it's tough. I hate showing up at my families with no gifts...I can't afford anything either. So much product out there, so little money for us to spend on it. Well, I don't know what you do for work or if you can't work or what, but if you have any extra time on your hands, A TON of places look for extra temporary help around the holidays. Maybe you could do that. Like, places selling christmas trees, or a department store, or just something to do part time to make a little extra cash to help out, and just temporary.

I am a 17 year old girl. I do not come from a poor family on the contuary i am well off. The thing is that i have a habit of stealing be it from mobile phones which i have now about four,i also steal all of my aunt's clothes and her baby's clothes. The last thing i stole was a video camera from my school.For the previous things i stole they suspected me. Once even the police came to school for i was a suspect for stealing a teacher's cell phone. My parents knows about my problem and the threatens to tell my boyfriend if it continues but really i cannot seem to be able to stop. I sometimes give these stolen stuff to other people and rarely keep them 4 myself.WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I saw this on oprah like a week or two ago. It's like a drug, to steal. You get a high from it. You may not stop unless you turn yourself in to someone because if you keep going you might learn the hard way by getting caught and humiliated. Or maybe someday it will take prison to teach you. I hope not. So get some help before it's too late.

Keep a log. Write down the start date on your own private special piece of paper, and the end date. When your next period starts, count the number of days between and write that number. Then write the start and end date again and so on. You should start to see a pattern after some time. Usually it's around every 28 days which you probably already know. It should look like this:
Mon. Oct. 25-Sat. Oct. 30
28 days
Mon. Nov. 22-Sat. Nov. 27.....and so on

I know it's a lot of pressure because everyone else has some relationship history or current boy/girl friends. But when you are ready you are ready, it will fall into place sooner or later. If you really want to begin something with someone, and if you don't know with who...consider yourself single, and on the prowl! Enjoy it and have fun getting to know some guys. The right one will come along and give you funny feelings in your tummy and you'll always want to be around him.

Okay, I know that there have been many questions on the subject, but I looked, and I haven't found any other question/answers that were helpful. Okay, well here goes. I've gotten so addicted to cutting, that lately I've been doing it in class. I even cut my initials into my skin. Well today I got caught, and I was telling a friend about it, and my 4th period teacher heard. Well after the test in that class, she called me into the hall because we were allowed to do anything, and I got out a needle, and when that teacher saw she called me out. Then she was all like you know what you do is dangerous and stuff, and I was like yes... and she said other stuff like I care about you, and want you to stop, and I was like yeah, whatever. Well, now I really want to stop, but I can't it's like I'm addicted. I want to end my life, yet I want to live. And so now, I don't know how to stop. And I would bring it up to one or both of the teachers that know, but I wouldn't know how to bring it up, and I'm afraid that they would tell my parents, and my parents wouldn't sympathize, they would get really mad, trust me I know. So I was wondering, how might I get over this addiction, and if I were to tell the teacher that I need help, then how would I bring it up. What would you do to get help, and if you were to ask a teacher for help, what would you say. And if you were a cutter, but no longer cut, I'd like to hear your stories, no matter how long! I can't say too much to help you, but my story is that I used to cut myself when I was a teen, and then I started going out with this boy and he said he would not pursue this relationship with me if I did not stop putting scratches on my body. So I quit cold turkey. What I can tell you is, one day the sunrise will wake you out of it. Good luck and take care of yourself!!

DO NOT get an abortion, and let me tell you why:
It is so going to affect you mentally for the rest of your life, you are going to have this eternal wound in your soul that is always going to ache and you're going to cry out for your child afterwards, that you chose to murder. You are going to see other mothers with their babies and you are going to cry and won't be able to focus. I don't care how young you are, you need to have this baby. You need to face the consequences of your actions and be strong for this child that is dependent on you keeping it alive! Do not tear this innocent being from it's warm, comforting existance just because you decided to make that horrible choice. Think of this child inside of you. You can do this. 15 years old or not, God would never give you anything that you can't handle. And if you really cannot have this child in your life at this time because you are so worried about school or whatever, then give this child up for adoption, or maybe you have a parent that could take temporary custody of their grandchild until you are 18 and finished high school. Courageous mothers give their children a chance at life. Whatever you choose, DO NOT CHOOSE ABORTION; the consequences of murder are far more SEVERE then taking care of this beautiful perfect innocent angel that you are going to fall in love with at first sight. If you have this baby, it will all be so worth it. If you choose to kill your child, life will be so empty and cold. Please, don't do it, and one more thing:DO NOT LET ANYONE TALK YOU INTO IT. Even if it's your parents or a friend or the father, you need to say, "No, I am going to love and care for my child, thank you. I am a strong young lady, and my baby needs me, so you can be supportive or you can stand back cuz I'm having a baby!" You and your child will make a beautiful team. Believe me. Go look at pictures of abortions online, you can find some. That should change your mind. If you need to talk to someone please email me.
