People have always said to accept who your are and embrace your sexuality. Well, I am a homosexual (lebian). I have no problem in knowing that baout myself. The trouble is, hhow do I know if other women are as well? In society, generally, everyone assumes that everyone else is straight and it's considered rude to think otherwise unless they have told you otherwise. How am I to find another woman when there is no way to know who's open to what? Or is there a way that I just don't know about? Please, let me know what you think.

ICE11BLUE answered Thursday October 28 2004, 10:11 pm: Good question. I guess you would first come off as just friendly like normal. Then things might have to be taken a little slower than say a guy hitting on a girl. Go into small talk with a little flirty eye contact (a little). Then you could see if things are comfortable enough to work your way into friendship and so on. I guess it's a lot harder to be direct, that would be the downfall I suppose. Try to go to an atmosphere like a gay bar or something if you don't already, or online dating. Hope I could be of some help. [ ICE11BLUE's advice column | Ask ICE11BLUE A Question ]
