can ne one give me some quick tips to lose a lot of weight in a little time??? im 5'5.5 and i weigh like 170...:/ i feel like im really fat but, im not! i juss wanna b able to have a flat stomach...should i run, do crunches, or what?!?! HELP ME OUT!!

hey well start it off im 13-m. ok well about how hard would it be to find a girl that is like only interested in sex after marriage for dating material? because seems like everywhere i look on here, theirs a pregnant girl or one worried about it. i'm just talking about like later in my life, in my twenties right out of college. just to be prepared. also, i was reading a book, and a guy asked the girl if she was a virgin, and she said that she wasnt even embarrased. so are you like supposed to be embarrassed if your a virgin?

No, your not supposed to be embaressed if your a virgin. Most teens think it's cool, so some say they are just to be "cool". I read somewhere in a magazine that like a high percentage of teens are virgins. It just seems like everyone is, but actually they aren't! Your only 13, and trust me, you'll find someone that has the same opinion on sex as u, as you get older you'll meet some! My guy friend is 18 and really really good looking and a lot of girls want him, but he's a virgin and tells everyone that he is. He says that he's waiting for the right person. So never no matter what feel embaressed. It's a good thing. There are soo many bad conseqences if you have sex, like catching an std or getting a girl pregnant. So always think of that!

Yeah, you could get contacts even if your vision is perfect. I wear contacts all the time because I like changing my eye's colour. Before you go and buy them, you do need a letter or whatever from an optomotrist to give to the store your going to. Something like that, I totally forgot.... ~Good luck!~
17-F I've hung out with this boy Chris twice this week and we like each other but whenever he trys to kiss me I pull away. I have kissed him but I dunno I don't have any desire to do it again. This past summer I was used by this other kid. Since then I haven't wanted to do anything with anyone. What do you think is the reason I don't feel comfortable with Chris?? I do really like him and I think he's getting frustrated with it.
Your scared to start really liking him because you think he's going to use you like that other guy did. It's hard trusting people especially when you gone through all that bullshit before. So, what your feeling is totally normal. Go to Chris and tell him what happened to you before, he'll understand. It might take you awhile before you can start trusting someone. ~good luck~

Yeah, since you've shaved them even without having any hair, your always going to have hair growing there. BUT. Don't shave it! You should wax it, it won't grow as much and it'll take awhile for it to grow back so you won't have to keep doing it every week. It's not expensive either if you get it done professionally. Or. You can buy Nair (a cream that removes hair), at any drugstore. That works too and doesn't grow back as fast either. ~hope i helped~

I started my period about 9 months ago and I know that it takes about a year or 2 to get into an exact cycle..but how do you know when you're gonna have your period..because I don't wanna have a leak at school or something and not know about it until I get home! Please help!
There are a few things, like a few days before you get your period, your breasts get bigger, they usually are very sensitive so they hurt a bit, and of course CRAMPS!!! Since your just beginning having your period, I would suggest you carry around a pad or tampon in case since you don't know when your going to have your period just yet...~good luck~

My period is very heavy on the first few days. I usually use pads and slender tampons. I was wondering is there any way for me to make me period less heavy? I tried using a 'super' tampon but it hurts because I'm not big enough down there. Is there anything I can do? I'm sick and tired of feeling like I'm wearing a diaper but my period's too heavy for the small tampons.
The best thing to use and trust me it really works...Go on birth control pills...You could even ask your doctor about it, because I use them for the same reason. It helps make your period lighter and your cramps won't hurt as much!!! Try it!
I have this friend and we hang out a lot. The problem is that he has a girlfriend 2 years older than him and im only one year older than him. They have been going out for about 3 weeks but he hangs out with me more then her. He always asks me to hang out on a day and then he asks me to walk to her house with him and hang out. I think your friend is shy being alone with his girlfriend. Sorry to be rude, but how is that relationship going to last if he's never alone with her? If he's too shy? He needs you to be with him because he's shy! Start turning him down when he asks to hang out with him and his girlfriend. Talk to him and tell him he needs to give his girlfriend a chance to be with him alone....Help him get over being shy...

If it's not too late, you could get the morning after pill that makes you get your period right away, but if it is too late and it's been more than 2 weeks after you had sex, take a pregnancy test. If you are pregnant, you could get an abortion without your parents knowing depending on which state you live in. I live in Canada, so anyone from 14 and older can get an abortion without their parents knowing. I know though that in some states you could do that. Find out if your in that state. If your not, get someone related to you (like a sister) over 18 to go with you.....good luck, hope your not pregnant!

Your never too young to fall in love. Only you can answer this question. No one can tell if it's true love. When your in love, you just know you are. Do you think about your boyfriend before you go to sleep? Is he the first thing you think about when you wake up? It's love. And who knows? You might end up marrying him. But you honestly can't think about that. Most high school sweethearts don't get married and if they do, they break up. Your only 13 too, there are soo many guys out there. But, good for you. Being in love is the best feeling in the world. You just found it at an earlier age.

Well, here they usually charge 5 dollars (I don't know how much that would be in pounds) an hour. It's not much, but it's only babysitting.

Maybe you just have a stomach ache or cramps? Try taking advil. It really helps if you have cramps or a stomach....Hope you feel better.
