lose weight fast!!!

can ne one give me some quick tips to lose a lot of weight in a little time??? im 5'5.5 and i weigh like 170...:/ i feel like im really fat but, im not! i juss wanna b able to have a flat stomach...should i run, do crunches, or what?!?! HELP ME OUT!!

See, the problem is, people who lose weight fast are three times as likely to gain it all back than those that lose it slow. Rapid weight loss can ruin your metabolism and make it harder for you to keep the weight off. I recommend exercizing more and eating very healthy, losing the weight slowly, and making gradual lifestyle changes. This is the best way to look and feel great for the rest of your life instead of temporarily. Though, I wouldn't worry too much. You aren't that heavy at all, you sound pretty healthy to me. Real men dig curves!

Yup, you should run, jog, walk, do crunches, sit ups, and any other exercises! Eat healthy foods such as salads and not that many carbs! If you go to the supermarket, there are frozen foods from Smart Ones and they will help you with your diet! Drink plenty of water! Try to stay away from sodas and junk foods! If you have a craving for something, put an elastic band on one of your wrists and snap it whenever you get a craving for something! Whenever you watch a movie or TV, do some crunches and not just sitting and watching it! Hope I helped and good luck :)

Besides working out...crunches etc...change your diet. Drink lots of water, ridiculous amounts of it...eat lots of high fiber food and avoid sugars and fats at all costs. Water and Fiber. hehe. You'll spend more time in the bathroom, but the weight will come off quickly. Or you can always opt for those stackers pills (if they're still even legal)...they make you lose weight fast, but they also make you go crazy since from what I understand they contain the equivalent of a small dose of speed. Just walk more often and keep active. Instead of watching tv do something that involves movement. hope I was of some help.

do sit ups from the middle anf the left and the right, it should tone ur stomach there is no such thing as geting rid of fat to get a flat tummy its gonna take morew then a lil time

Any kind of exercise will help, so do something you like...

Remember that sitting down too much will make your stomach bigger, especially if you sit down right after eating, so don't do that...
