Do any of you ever get into those moods where all you can do is think of everything that you hate about yourself? how do u make those feelings go away...? let me know

yes i do think that sometimes but usually i call 1 of mi 2 best friends and tell them. friends always make you feel better or they wouldnt be friends right? i think that you should invite some friends over tomorrow and have some girl time and have fun to get your mind off of that kind of stuff after a while, it goes away! good luck i hope i helped

i have before, and it's hard to get our of. but the best thing to do is think of all the compliments you've ever gotten, and to write those down along with a list of things you love about yourself. keep it to look back to and add on to next time you feel down. i hope i helped

Yes, I get those feelings often, as do we all. The best thing to do is pick something you can change and just do it! I was sitting and thinking about what a hideaous troll I can be, so I went out and had my eyebrows waxed and my hair trimmed. I felt like a million dollars then! Maybe a nice massage, a manicure or pedicure, something to boost your self esteem. I also like to go buy a new outfit or pair of shoes to make me feel sexy. ]
I always get in those moods i will be sittin down and all the sudden i will be like my butt is small or something weird and then i just think about everything good about me my eyes are pretty so i think about that. Be confident in you ]
Get out of your house, stop thinking so much about it. There's no reason for anyone to hate themself unless they are a serial killer or something along those lines. If you hate yourself you're probably comparing yourself to others and not happy with what you see...who cares, live for yourself. No one else matters but you in the end. Hang out with friends that are positive and generally in good moods. Nobody is perfect and nobody is completely flawed. I'm sure there are many positive attributes about you. COncentrate more on those and you will be happy. Find something you're good at...a sport, art...anything...my case I concentrated on languages because I had a talent for that...so no matter how bad I felt about myself I could always be proud of that. ]
