Just recently I went on vacay to see my moms friend that she had made recently on a college course. So we went down to see her friend and her family b/c my mom wanted to introduce me. Don't be scared to try it,it really works. But this is why it's fairly expensive. It costs like 50 bucks a month and no it's not available in stores. But yeah it does work.

If you eat a lot,then you just have a high metabalism. There's not much you can do,just maybe eat foods with high protein. Or drink weight gaining smoothies.

I MAJORLY NEED HELP! Ok heres the story: Some of my friends (4) are going to Crazy Donkey (a dance club) 2nite and they invited me to go!! The one problem is I don't know how to ask my mom if i could go b/c it would be my first time going to a club. Running,I can't endorse that enough. But you've got to do it,you can't skip out. As a guy,I can eat whatever I want right now and not gain anything,but for girls it's different. Guys burn more calories than girls do,because we're usually bigger. You're gunna have to use some descretion on what you eat,but you won't have to cut out everything totally. If you want a good ab exercise,lay your feet on the sofa or a chair,and put your hands behind your head. Pull up with your abs,essentially a crunch.Pick an object and stare at it,pulling up with only your abs. Or do bicycles.

okay first of all i dont think im fat at all and i like the way my body looks. however im very health conscious and eat healthy food most of the time. i count calories too. if i didnt eat the daily number calories i think is efficient ill go eat until its exactly the number i want it to be, because i don't want to become too thin. i think about food a lot. i never thought i was fat and i know im not and i love my body. im a cheerleader (a flyer) so i try to remain small. oh yeah and i love cooking and food overall, mostly healthy food. i mean ill choose a grilled chicken sandwich over a big mac you know? could this possibly be anorexia? That's pretty small,but if you're happy with the way your body looks,you're not anorexic. And you're eating which is also not a sign of anorexia. But you go over the top with this calorie thing. If you can't eat unhealthy food now,when will you be able to? When you're 40? 50? 60? Plus it's a turnoff on dates if you're that conscious about what you eat. Have a big mac,cake,ice cream,and fattening stuff once in awhile.

I met this guy online and I thought that I had a crush on him. He was REALLY nice and everything that he said just made me feel that there was serious relationship potential. Yes. Because he thought you were a lot hotter than you are. You're not everything he expected and he doesn't really like you anymore. Nothing to do with his height. Or it could be that he thinks you're disappointed in him and he doesn't wanna embarass himself further. Yes you are but not severely. You only need to gain about 5 pounds. Just eat a little more than you already are. But really the key is how you feel. If you feel weak and lightheaded you're not eating enough. If you feel fine and you can't see your ribs,you're ok.
