ok well i am 5' 5" amd weigh bout 130. i dont think i am fat but i wanna keep in shape for sports ect. itd also be easier to get in shape now then later. i RELE try to work out and eat healthy but i can never stick with sumthin long enough to see results. we have so much tempting food and i never get around to my work outs is there ne tips ppl have to stick with sumthin? thx

First of all, you're definately not fat.
Anyways, ask your parents if they can keep the tempting foods somewhere that you won't find them. Find a workout that's FUN for you to do, and it'll be easier for you to stick with it. Pilates is great for your abs, and it's really not all that terrible .. I also found an ab workout the other day on the internet that sounded pretty good:

ask ur parents to keep the junk food outta ur sight! so that you can stick onto ur diet! and just keep working out and everything! and ur not fat!! but just keep up with ur dieting and exercising and you will be fine! *hope i helped* <3/Dakota

Well tell your parents that your trying to stay in shape and they can keep the junk outta your view so your not tempted to eat it. As for not in the mood to work out. im never in the mood to do it so i just turn on my radio and do it. So just push yourself to get it done and the results well be great good luck!!! hope i helped ]
Just get out stay busy that way you wont have anytime to worry about food, do crunches they help :-) ]
as for the staying in shape: eat healthy foods. exercise everyday. do this by setting a goal for yourself
as for the tempting food- ask your parents to put the junk somewhere you can't find it without really looking for it. explain that you want to keep in shape ]
well maybe you could go running or go to the gym.. that always helps a lot!! as for your foods, just try to get away from all the junk foods cause thats what kills you.. especially bread and all that junk!! ]

Running,I can't endorse that enough. But you've got to do it,you can't skip out. As a guy,I can eat whatever I want right now and not gain anything,but for girls it's different. Guys burn more calories than girls do,because we're usually bigger. You're gunna have to use some descretion on what you eat,but you won't have to cut out everything totally. If you want a good ab exercise,lay your feet on the sofa or a chair,and put your hands behind your head. Pull up with your abs,essentially a crunch.Pick an object and stare at it,pulling up with only your abs. Or do bicycles. ]
u could go runing like a mile like once every two days but not like sprinting, nd just do a ton of sit up after ]
