okay.. hunny you need to take it easy and not get all beside yourself! lol.. take it slow and be calm let him know that you are shy so he doesn't think that anythign is the matter with you! hope this helps!

I want to gain more muscle and tone up my body. Already, i'm 5'3'', weigh 100 pounds and i am 13. I want to do exercises that will tone up my body in my areas of my arms, stomach(abs), butt, thighs and calves. I want to notice an extreme improvment in the next 5 weeks. I want an exercise that will tighten my butt and thighs extremly with out making them larger or look to musculer. For the stomach and arms, i want an exercise that tones my stomach fast and quick, along with my arms that won't decrease and burn off the fat on my breast. I'm also up for sertain healthy foods that will help!! Also, are there any foods out there, or herbs, that will make my breast larger? I'm only a 32AA. Thank-you for the help

arms- push ups and weight lifting
butt & legs- squats... they work good but don't do too many or else you'll hurt your knees!
stomach- deffidently sit ups.. you get your stomach tight really quick!

In about 2 weeks I am going to a weeding with my boyfriend. I am wearing a black cute dress and pink heels and a pink choke necklace and a pink purse. I want to wear my hair cute though. I was just goin got wear it half up and half down and curl it and put little so called "Wisskers"in the front and wear some makeup and cute hoop earings.

On May 17th im going to a plastic surgeon to get a mole removed from my cheek. Can anybody tell me what to expect? LIke whats the procedure that will take place adn what can i expect later? Scarring? and what i should do for the scarring?? thanks-- i rate!!

you should expect a little discomfort and they will problemby have you cover it up for 6 weeks ... you should expect not very much pain.. a little bit but not very much.. there is little scarring.. that shouldn't be a problem.. hope everyhting turn out okay and you don't have any problems with it..! :-)

if you do and you don't have any feelings anymore for the other guy then your screwed.. so i suggest that you make sure that you actually like this other guy a lot before you break up with him.. and my suggestion is if you and him don't talk.. whats the point in going out.. but be true to yourself if you really think that breaking up for the better then do it

yes by the way he stuttered meant that he was totally lying! lol. he was nervous when your friend asked him and he didn't know what to say!.. some signs.. talking to you, some times you can just tell by the look in his eye that he likes you, there is flirting deffidently, sometimes even being mean to you... because they dont know how to act around you.. but mostly there isn't much to tell if he likes you or not .. hope everything works out okay!

My two friends are in an argument over a dress. I know it's stupid, but it just needs to end.
My friend went to the mall on Friday night and got a dress. Then on Sunday, my other friend went and got the same exact dress, only she didn't know the first one had already gotten it. We feel that whoever got the dress first should have it. That's the way our grup of friends has always agreed on these things. The friend who got the dress second went back to the mall and returned it- but got the same dress in a different color. Now they're arguing over it, and who should rightfully have it. I believe the two of them should either suck it up and deal with it, or both just get a new dress and not even worry about this anymore. Any input?

if anyone agrues over a dress then that is really stupid to loose a friendship over ... let them know that you should all go shopping and they should both get dresses with you.. tell them the fighting needs to stop NOW!!... this is immature and retarted! ... if somethign like this is goign to end there friendship the dress isn't worth it .. hope this helps...

One of my friends has tried to comitte suicide twice before and i am afraid she will do it again it terifies me what should i do.

hunny you need to let her know that you are here for her and you don't want your relationship to ever end.. let her know how much she means to you and that you don't want to loose her.. tell her that instead of cutting she should go to you to spill her guts out to. i also think she needs to go to rehab. but that is not my decision tell her that she needs help and that you are willing to stick by her side until she gets it and when she gets it... but i am tell you this now cutting if that is what you are refering to is a mental disorder. something must have happened big that she feels guilty about and the only way she can hide away from her dark secrets and make the pain go away is when she cuts herself.. hope this helps... let me know if you need anything... Hey. I've been friends with this one girl since I was about 3 years old because our sisters were friends. Well, for some odd reason she doesn't like me anymore. So we just stopped being friends. She is horrible to my 2 best friends. She tries to take them away from me. I was with my girlfriend for 2 years when she got pregnant. It wasn't a planned pregnancy but we decided that we would deal with it. The first week that she brought that baby home things were good. We got a little apartment and I was working full time during the day and she would work a couple hours at night just until I could support us with only my job. Well one day I got home from work and she was gone. She left a note saying that she wasn't ready for a child and that she's leaving our daughter with me. It's been a week since then. I've been doing the best I can but I don't know the first thing about being a parent and I have no one to ask about it. I grew up in foster homes my whole life. I love my little girl to death but I just don't know what to do anymore. She doesn't stop crying. I've tried feeding her, changing her, rocking her, everything that I can think and she keeps crying. I brought her to the doctor and he said that there is nothing physically wrong wtih her. I don't know what to do. If anyone has idea of what could be causing this please let me know. I would also appreciate it if any one knows anything about taking care of a 3 week old baby. Please help me.

Crying is a nautral thing for the baby. Doctors are perfessionals and now a lot of stuff about health, if he said that your baby is okay, then she problemby is. Most likely she misses her mommmy. Did you try giving her a nunnner? one of those things to suck on? It not you at all... babys can be really crabby. if there is anything that you do to her that makes her stop keep on doing it. Most babys like when your silly wiht them. Maybe get a friend or one of her grandparents to come and accompany you.. maybe they will do something that will make her stop crying. i don't know much about babys but hopefully this will help.. im with you 110% and if you need any more support or anything feel free to ask or anything!! i mean it :-)

be true to yourself. if you really like "a" a lot and is in love with him.. you need to be with "a" and not "b" because what i am getting out of this if you didn't take a break with "a" then you would have never even thought of person "b" i think you really like this boy (a) and if you want to be with him you should forget about "b" but if you are going to hold a grudge over what he did and if it was really bad.. he's not worth it. so take the tickets spend a day with "a" and see if the connection is still there and if not... then it isn't meant to be

K today this guy i like , came up to me and hugged me. He held me for atleast 5 minutes. i really think he likes you! if he hugged you and held your hand etc. then he must like you! there is not reason for him to not if he asked if he could kiss you! ... i think you should talk to him... tell him that you like him and with the evidence you told me .. you should be going out in no time! hope all goes well :-D
