i can't remeber what these are called... leg lifts or somethings.
Lay on your side, legs on top of each other, and raise the top one up and down (you'll have to do it a lot.... like 65 times or something) but when you bring your leg back down everytime, don't let it touch the other leg.... don't give it any rest.
then switch over to the other side and do that leg. when you can feel the "stinging pain of excersize" start doin it more slowly...
this is meant for excersizing your inner thighs.

My boyfriend has smoked cigarettes and gotten drunk just a few times. I hate it SO much! He's only 15 almost 16 years old, why in the hell does he need to smoke? m'dear, this is a common thing, and it's called peer pressure. you shouldn't care a damn what your friends say about your boyfriend. in fact, go tell them right now that what they said is extremely rude. if you lke him, that's enough. it's totally their problem if they don't like him. guys don't have to be hot for you to date them. secondly, don't tell him what your friends say. if someone tells you you're ugly, that doesn't make you feel good, it just brings you down. same with him.
hang onto him. treat him like your best friend. don't let others bring him OR you down.

Okay I'm 5'1 and my weight is 117!!!! Im not really sure if I'm fat. In my clothes I dont look fat n in my bikini I guess i dont either..I mean I dont look super skinny though either. I think I'm fat but my sister and bff say its mostly all muscle which may be true bc i am a dancer (Tap Jazz and Ballet) n I have been dancing for about 5 years. I dont think its muscle though...I really wish i was skinnier but my sister says it would look dumb bc i have a "BIG ASS!!!!" which guys like so its nice but i am REALLLLY insecure about my thighs and stomach..my bff says they look fine n they are all muscle but i still feel REALLLLLY fat...About a month ago i starved myself for 3 1/2 days n i lost 5 1/2 pounds! I would have kept going except my bff basically made me eat..I know that starving myself probably isnt tha best thing to do but its sooo easy and pretty fast. Im not sure what to do at all!! hey, at least your comfortable with wearing a bikini. hey, you're even comfortable wearing a bathing suit in general.
lots of people weigh a lot more than you, and they try really hard to lose weight. you don't need to lose it at all. 117 at 5"1 is fine. and being a dancer as you are, i'm sure it's all muscle... dancers do some pretty strenuous stuff.
another thing.... never ever ever starve yourself again! you wouldn't know where to stop, and you could get really sick! (take mary-kate olsen for example).
your sis and your bff are right. listen to them!
Your weight is fine for your height. you are NOT fat, and you don't need to lose anymore weight. if you are still worried about it though, just don't gain anymore. keep your weight constant, and you'll be perfectly fine. and if you are STILL worried, take a month and lose 3 lbs in it. 3lbs ONLY. by eating healthy foods and stuff.

WOW! I use to think u were relaly cool UNTIL you decided to make that comment about no one likes cheerleaders they were 8th grade. Ya thats cool to say. I'm a cheerleader are u sayin no1 likes me or wait r u just to jealous because u were cut when u tryed out? Dont deny it sweetie I live near you. I can't believe how shallow u are to say that to someone. I have no idea what kind of cheerleaders ur use to but we do crazy stunts that are hard and we work harder then most sports do. can i explain something?
most of the kids who get picked on are picked on my cheerleaders, or other people i like to call "too popular" "the beautiful people" or even in some cases "stuck up" EVEN THOUGH THAT DOES NOT PERTAIN TO EVERYONE WHO IS A CHEERLEADER!!!
if you do competetive cheerleading, than go you! i love watching that (mostly because i could never do any of it) and it's pretty awesome.
but the only side line cheerleaders i've seen are the ones who say "gimme an A!" but that's just with my school. yours can be much different than mine (and it probably is by the sound of it). keep going with your cheerleading because, you are right, it gives more a workout than tons of other sports, and even side line cheerleaders can do stuff i'm not even allowed to think about doing myself.
keep going with it, make friends, and have fun!

no. 1. DON'T TOUCH IT.... EVER!! if you don't touch your zits, they heal faster because you're not getting extra skin oils on it.
no. 2. if you want to get rid of it fast, wash it about 5 times a minute... okay... not that much, but you get my point. wash it a lot. and jsut use regular soap. it works great.
no. 3. put antibacterial suave stuff on it. sounds gross, but it works for me.

yeah, you are homosexual, but there's nothing wrong with that. if your friend can't understand that, she's just one of the quadrillion people who don't.
there aren't really any tips i can give you. you are actually handling it just fine. you're finding out about your sexuality, and now you know.
your friend might ditch you because of it, but there are plenty of people who don't care whether or not you're homosexual... find them, and hold onto them. you'll be more comfortable with them than anyone else in the world.
it's your choice if you want to be open about it, or not tell anyone. you're more likely to find more lesbians if you're open about it, but again, that's totally your choice.
And i don't know if you've told your parents. but they should be some of the first people to know. they can help you through this, and make you more comfortable with it.

if you say that he and you were getting really close... there's not a very big chance that he'll forget you. and you have to do stuff! grab some friends and invite him to come too... just do the regular stuff (movie, and playing sports helps a lot i've found) not like a date... but with some other people. he won't forget you, though.

one of the best things for toning abs is situps. yeah, they suck, and you've been doing them for your whole life, but they work... really... but you gotta do a lot of them.
another thing it pilates. try putting your hands behind your head and raising unbeant legs about 6 inches from the floor for 15 seconds... do this about 5 times...
one other thing that really works int the biycilce thing. lay on your back and pretned your riding a bike.

it matters how old you are... if you're in high school, you probably are a lesbian, but if you're in middle school, then it's probably just a phase or something.
lots of people are against lesbianism. (mostly religious folks... nothing against religion, though) but unless you were born with this feeling, it was kind of your choice to be atttracted to girls. and if you don't have a problem with it, than don't let anyone tell you different. this is your life, and you only get to live it once.
so basically, homosexuality is wrong if you believe it's wrong. just be comfortable with the way you are.

that's not a very good reason to break up. you guys would have gotten over the shy stage in time.
if you really still do like him, you gotta tell him. he's never gonna know you still like him if you don't tell him. if you're kinda nervous, the best placce to tell him is online... but hey, it's your choice.
if he won't have you back though, you just have to leave it at that. it might have taken a while for him to get over you, and then you're all the sudden saying you like him... he might not be too willing to take you back after you hurt him.
but really, just tell him. see what happens. maybe nothing. maybe he'll break up w/his other gf... you'll never know unless you tell him.

well, it's your choice. you can do more with it if your hair is longer, but i'm sure it would look totally cute short... but don't cut it too short in case you don't like it...
most of the people i talk to regret cutting their hair too short, but if you really want to...

it matter how old you are, really. if you've been the same height for a couple years, or even just one year, you'll probably be over the average (which is perfectly normal) and if you've just had a growth spurt, you'll most likely be underweight. but the average is around 110 to 135lbs...

have you tried different lotions? there are some that are specially made for getting rid of zit scars... but i'm not really sure what they're called, so you may want to look them up. you can go to a local beauty salon, or ask an avon lady if they have anything, or know of something you can use. i'm pretty sure they sell some at larger pharmacys and grocery stores, you'll probably have to look by the shampoos, bady washes, and lotions.
