geocities.com
livejournal.com and xanga.com are like journal things, but it's still your own website, or you can even find places that'll host you like councilofelroind.com if you like lotr or something. the;yre everywhere. you can also just go to goolge.com and type in "free website hosting" and i'm sure you'll find something you like.

1, you can get a free one like geocities that come with ads ect
2. you can buy a domain name and find a free host like MPADC.com
3. you can buy a domain name, and buy hosting
