laughing does ne body know if laughing actually works out your abs? and if ne body knows some good work outs to get your stomach more toned just stuff you can do around the house without a full on workout please tell me! thanks much..

its crazy but laughing really does help work out ur ab muscles. i mean its not gonna make you loose a 100lbs but its still good for u! if u want ur stomach toned just try doing crunches every day. or you can buy this tape called 8 minutes abs! they have it at like walmart, but if u do that once everyday then ur bound to have rock hard abs!!! : ) ]
Yes laughing works out your abs and also your jaw. Really good work outs for your abs are crunches. You can do crunches while watching TV. That's what I do or you can do as many as you want before going to bed.

one of the best things for toning abs is situps. yeah, they suck, and you've been doing them for your whole life, but they work... really... but you gotta do a lot of them.
another thing it pilates. try putting your hands behind your head and raising unbeant legs about 6 inches from the floor for 15 seconds... do this about 5 times...
one other thing that really works int the biycilce thing. lay on your back and pretned your riding a bike.

you can start with a few crunches a night and gradually add more each night. however, you have to do more than one (possibly 2+) ab workouts daily. Hula hoops are great because they work out the stomach muscles really well (havent you noticed hula dancers with their flat abs? aweeeeseome!!) and possibly another ab workout. ]

hehe, yeah i guess it does a little bit. but you'd never notice a change in your abs by just laughing...so i'd try crunches, situps...stuff like that!! you can buy a magazine like seventeen or cosmo and they have workout pages!! ]
Yes laughing actually works your abs and it makes you live longer too. When your doing something tightin your abs while you do it and do like 25 sit-ups each nite. ]
I think laughing makes your abs stronger I'm not sure though... Just keep yourself busy around the house, don't sit down and watch tv, just do stuff, turn on some music and dance, or maybe clean or something... i dunno just stay busy ]
Laughing does not make you lose weight. LoL! So get a treadmill and walk 30 min a day. ]

Laughing does burn some calories, but you would have to laugh for at least an hour for it to count as a work out. Pilates is GREAT for toning abs, and it's a pretty short workout. I have a pilates tape, and I do it every day (you don't even have to do it that often) and it's worked for me. ]
